Phoenix 8 beachfront condo, 2nd floor with X-large balcony.

Our stay at Phoenix 8 was absolutely wonderful for our last-minute trip to ring in the New Year. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. An added bonus was how incredibly comfortable the master bedroom bed was, which is something you don’t often find in a rental unit. The host was also very easy to work with and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Very nice condo! Cute as can be! Host was great! Super easy to contact and quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had… beds were comfy! Loved our stay here even though it was quick, not a very long walk to beach and actually over looks the pool area. Perfect for checking in on the kiddos!

The condo was very clean. The kitchen could have been alittle bit better stocked. Great balcony furniture. The floor the condo was on smelled terribly of garbage!! Not inside the condo. Had one problem I contacted the owner he got right back to me.

Great size and location for a quick trip! And it was nice to find a place that allowed a shorter stay. The condo was clean and cute. We had plenty of space for 3 adults and enjoyed the balcony views.

We wanted rest and relaxation. Everything we needed we had. Nice unit. Needed more than one kitchen towel. Easy acess to beach.

Perfect location. Indoor/outdoor pools were a huge win for our kids. Beach was clean. Buy your own beach chairs before hand as they are not provided.

Very simple check in process. William was very easy to work with and an awesome host! Unit was clean and very nice. Will definitely book again.

Great family stay at the beach for Thanksgiving. Condo was clean and well maintained. Liked being so close to the beach. Only complaint would be a long process to get a parking pass…..

Was in town for a wedding and enjoyed our time here! Location was great and we loved the patio and being so close to the beach. Looks just like the pictures and the host was very responsive.

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and perfect for our visit. The beds were comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants, very view. The beach was clean and water crystal clear. William our host was very attentive and offered great advice on restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
