Great view. Everything was exactly as described

Great get away. Beautiful beach very nice room good food.

All was as expected. The unit was clean and orderly with everything we needed for our stay. I did see one roach on the kitchen counter which is one too many for me. It crawls no longer!Also, the hallway from the elevators to the unit had a foul odor. Another tenant mentioned the odor as well. The unit did not share the foul odor. The pool, beach access and beaches were greatOverall, our stay was grand.

My husband and I needed a break from the hustle and bustle and this condo in a smaller complex was the perfect mix of cozy and updated for our short stay. Everything was incredibly clean and in amazing condition. The bed and couch were both quiet comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

This property was exactly as listed! It was extremely clean, had all of the essentials, and gorgeous views. They responded quickly to any questions and overall an amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Close to the beach

The unit was well equipped and very nice. It was spacious and furnished nicely. The deck has a great ocean and pool view. The one criticism is that the king mattress was a little bit saggy and softer than we prefer but not bad. Overall a really nice unit!

Trip was great. We were in Orange Beach during a cold week, so the indoor heated pool and hot tub and mens and womens saunas came in extra handy. This condo is updated, had tons of extra pillow's, blankets, towels, etc to make our stay comfortable. The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and all appliances and amenities worked. The murphy bed was very convenient compared to a sofa bed. Our only complaint is that the master bed mattress should be replaced immediately. Wonderful stay. We would stay in this exact unit again.

Excellent property and location. View was amazing. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Place was cozy, clean and had everything we needed!

The condo was spot on as shown. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Any questions were promptly answered.Lots of towels! Phoenix VIII was very nice andLow key.

No Complaints, the property was just as it was listed on VRBO. Only one thing filter light on refrigerator was on. We will be back. Well furniture, kitchen well furniture. Plenty of towels and blankets.

The check in process was confusing. We waited outside door of condo because we were told if we went in before 4 we would be charged. This was disappointing because the cleaning crew was not there so we shouldn’t have to wait

This one bedroom one bath condo is perfection for a couple! It is clean, well furnished and well laid out. This is a smaller building with a short boardwalk to the beach. I would 10/10 recommend.

We overall had an amazing experience at this condo. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels for the week. We did notice the dryer vent located outside of the condo was completely full of dryer lent. The master bed could use an update (huge dip in the middle of the mattress.) We will definelty be back to Orange Beach!

I thought the condo was as advertised. I’d probably go bigger next time as we needed more room, but that was a choice I made. It was very clean, and the only thing I’d mention that needs attention would be the sliding doors. Neither side were easy to open. I had to open it for the kids and my wife and close it every time someone wanted to go in/out. Overall, a nice stay. Thank you

We had a pretty good stay here! It’s pretty close to everything and a perfect view of the beach! The bed was nice and the space was plenty in here for two people and we could’ve easily had another person share with the two of us. Didn’t use the Murphy bed so we can’t speak on that. We really enjoyed the balcony and the close beach access. My only two complaints is that the toilet is loud after you flush it, it makes a loud whistling sound for about 30-60 seconds. Also the balcony is so nice but it right by the pool and it’s very loud when the pool is busy. If we stay again we would definitely need to be higher than the 3rd floor.

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and just as promised. The location was perfect—families and couples who were all nice and the beach right there. The only issue was at check in, which was not as clear as we would have liked. We must have missed the one email with all the instructions and had to reach out to verify. But it was fine. You pay for parking (something we missed).
