Stayed Mar 29, 2024We love the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach in front of phoenix 6 is very nice with lots of room to spread out. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs.

Stayed Oct 3, 2023During my stay it was noted by myself and my friend that the condo was very dusty. The floors didn't look well swept and the mirrors were smudgy. Also, with the expection of most of the kitchen area (the pantry - expection) the condo needed major updating. There were several things that were old and worn out (i.e. couch in den, lampshade in the master bedroom, and toliet tissue holder in other bathroom - had rust all over it). The fan in the master bedroom bathroom was covered in dust. I don't blame the owner for the cleaning issues because I am sure that he pays for this to be done. Just wanted to make these observations know so that he can make sure that future guests will be able to see that the condo is clean.
