The master and second bedroom feature king beds, while the third bedroom has two full beds. The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 10 guests. Phoenix 10 exterior maintenance project taking place beginning April 20, 2026 and lasting through second week of May 2026, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect:

• No unit entry will be required for this project. Swing stages will be set up on stacks for units ending in 6, 7, 13, and 14 only at this time.
• The contractor anticipates that each expansion joint will take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.
• Work will be performed one joint at a time utilizing a single swing stage.
• Residents should expect periodic noise from power tools during construction.
• Approved working hours for noisy activities are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• There will be no work performed on Friday, April 24, 2026, in observance of the Mullet Toss event at the Flora-Bama.

    Our apartment was lovely with comfortable beds, cozy furniture and plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed for cooking. Tons of dishes though we used some of our own paper goods we brought for the children. The view was gorgeous of the beach and the Gulf. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and people enjoying themselves. There was one evening when a pool party must have been going on playing their music a bit loudly, but it ended when the pool closed. The Phoenix X had a great indoor pool that we took advantage of and several warm/hot tubs. It was never crowded, so it was a great way to get out of the direct sun for little ones. Though it cost extra to park in the deck, and we had two cars, it was an advantage to have our vehicles close by since we had so much to transport.

    The condo was very clean and the beds and bedding were really good. Towels were plentiful and good quality. The fabric furniture in the living area was a little dirty smelling which made it unattractive to sit on. Maybe some washable covers would be optimal. Outside furniture was very comfortable. Very nice vacation property.

    This property was a very nice property. Three bedrooms, two baths. The first bedroom had two double beds and then the second and third bedrooms had king size beds. The balcony view was beautiful and at certain times of year you would have a perfect sunset view. Balcony furniture was very comfortable. No beach chairs or parking came with the rental, which was a little disappointing. For a property this is nice the extras should have been included. Was right next to the Florabama bar, which made it very convenient if you wanted to go somewhere for a drink. Also several restaurants and bars close by within east driving distance. Property management seem to have everything clean and comfortable… Towels could have been a little more plush. There was a hairdryer in the master bedroom, which is very helpful. I would definitely stay in this unit again, it was nicely furnished.
