Pet Friendly*Wave n' Sea at Deepwater Cove!

Pool was awesome, close to the beach.

All I can say is that we drove 11 hrs to get to what looked like a nice place. We spent alot of money more than 2000.00 expecting a relaxing vacation only to be exhausted from no rest. We elected to leave 3 days early just to get some peace! The pictures were very deceiving & misleading-this place is so run down!The building is not maintained. We had to deal with the very loud tenant above us & his friends doing who knows what up there- besides running the 50 yard dash at all hours of the night & almost coming thru the ceiling! We should have called the police, since clearly the management team that was notified on first night did nothing & were completely useless in the matter. It is in a good location, across the street from the beach & restaurants. It's a shame that it's not better managed.We would never recommend this place to anyone!

Pet friendly rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again. Zero complaints or issues.

Over all stay was good. Condo was pretty warm, thermostat was locked at 70. We sleep cooler at night so could at least go down to 68.

This roomy condo was in a great location. We enjoyed our time here. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the beach.

First time in Pensacola Beach and first real doggie vacation for Mr Bojangles. We are so lucky to have found this place! Bo gives it 10 stars. We loved the beach right behind the property. And the dog beach was just 2 miles down the road. The unit was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed and more! Furniture really high quality, solid wood and leather sofa. Very comfortable bed. Fully outfitted. Very convenient location. Very friendly tenants (and dogs) in the other units. The outside rather dated but inside phenomenal! Thank you so much for hosting us and we definitely hope to be back!And by the way as long as you display your parking pass and park in the spot assigned to the unit, you won’t have any problems. And they have put some nice deck furniture in back. (Just commenting on some previous reviews)

Excellent location. Roomy and comfortable condo. Only complaint is there were no chairs on the porch

The outside appearance of the complex was a little run down but inside was updated and comfortable. The overhead lights in the kitchen weren’t working properly but not really an issue. The only thing that I can think of that would have made it more comfortable for me would have been some extra blankets for the beds.

Truck was towed by HOA for being 2inches into other parking spot
