The Space:

Perhaps you'll be writing a review like this after your stay at 1616 Port Villa - We absolutely loved our unit at Port Villas. The sunrise views from the deck were spectacular, and the villa was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and the 3 1/2 baths were perfect for our 3 couples on the trip. Check-in was simple, and having a key coded door made for one less thing we had to keep up with. Will definitely book here again! Or, maybe this is more your style - Having the water views with dolphins and pelicans out the back door was beautiful. A 1-2 min walk to Salty Dog's, General store for last minute items, tennis courts, bike rental and a few other shops. We walked to the beach every day, maybe 5-minute easy walk. Beach area was never too busy at pier 11.

This spacious 3.5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Port Villa townhome has spectacular views of Braddock Cove and comfortably accommodates up to 8 on 3 levels. The first level is completely upgraded with a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, along with a lovely living room, dining room and half bath. The 2nd level has two beautiful bedrooms, including a primary suite equipped with a king-size bed with an updated en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds and a full bathroom attached. Located on the third level is the second primary suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom shared with a delightful alcove furnished with twin bunk beds. There is a boat dock available for your boat, kayak, or wave runner. This villa is a stroll away from the South Beach Marina Village, where you will find great restaurants, shops, biking, tennis, and water activities. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* This fantastic villa includes a tennis package providing 1 hour of tennis free per day. Proper tennis shoes must be worn for the clay courts.

    The condo was excellent. The only suggestion is to have some beach chairs available for guests to use. It was one of the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Pines - very well appointed. Thanks.

    We loved the property at 1616 Port Villa. This was our second time at the location. Our only concern in the future is that the neighborhood pool at the Marina next door is no longer available. :( We may have to change our accommodations because we really like to have pool access.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the view of the lagoon in backyard was beautiful. The boys enjoyed fishing while we watched from the patio. A lot of attention to detail was appreciated and the unit is very well equipped. The upstairs bunk room was not as adult friendly as we had hoped (our fault) but would be a great spot for younger kids, but we made it work. The unit was a bit hot at night but the rooms were equipped with extra fans which helped a lot. The whole place has been updated and is absolutely beautiful, complete with new appliances. We would definitely stay here again!

    Our favorite spot in Sea Pines, Port Villas did not disappoint. This property is exactly as described, and comfortably accommodated we 6 adults. We never tired of watching the wildlife in the lagoon, heading to the marina or the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

    1616 Port Villa was perfect for our group of 8! Two families and two dogs had plenty of room in this 4 bedroom home. It was super clean and close to everything (within walking distance of the beach and Salty Dog!). Host2Coast was an excellent rental agency to work with and everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped to stay in and cook, and I loved how they provided soap, cleaning supplies, and starter packs (really, just enough for the week!) of dishwashing tabs and detergent. I would stay again and again! The teens loved that they could walk to get ice cream at night at Salty Dog, and they also loved fishing right behind the condo! Five stars! I totally recommend!

    This is our second visit to this home. We really like the location, close to the beach, Salty Dog, General Store, pickleball courts, kayak/bike rental and the pool. So many things to do for our three generation family. The home is well equipped and has lots of space for everyone in our family to spread out. And we love the renovations - kitchen looks great and is roomy enough to accommodate more of us cooking together! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and communication with the host was easy. Looking forward to coming back next summer!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a gem! The home was thoughtfully designed with great common space for cooking and watching movies or playing games, but also had nice sized bedrooms for quiet time and reading. As an inter generational group of 7, we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom (the top two bedrooms share a bath). The location is amazing—a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants, a general store etc were even closer. We saw some amazing sunrises over the water while having coffee on the patio. And the owner/host2coast were great to work with. They responded quickly when we had an issue with trash pickup and gave great suggestions on things to do on the island. We would definitely come back!

    Main level was recently renovated. Facilities were clean and well stocked with essentials. 5 minute walk to the beach and salty dog cafe. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this unit previously and wanted to rent it again. New rental company staff was accommodating and easy to work with. Nice new touched in the unit by the rental company. We were there over Christmas and there were pretty Christmas touches in the unit to give it that holiday feel. All we had to do was to put up our tree and decorate it. Plenty of space in the unit for preparing holiday meals. Beds are comfortable and unit was very clean. Though it was below freezing for much of our stay, we were still glad to walk over to the beach every day with our dog. Had a little trouble finding the rental company to pick up our Sea Pines pass—no signage—pay attention to suite number to find them.
