Pet-Friendly Mobile Condo ~ 4 Mi to Downtown!

Yes the Host was very Welcoming and all of the Amenities were great, Thank You.

Too noisy, grill doesn’t work, pool is not clean. Host was easy to accessible. Place is hygiene.

Great condo for family with a close walk to the pool. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable mattresses. Everything worked. Cleaned and stocked so well! Exceeded my expectations! We will definitely return. They even had a pack and play and extra fan and noise maker. Great for our two little kids. For the traffic of the city we just used noise makers. Not a big deal at all. The location can’t be beat!

Very clean and cutely decorated. Neighbors above were a little loud but nothing terrible. Pool was clean, very beautiful through the neighborhood, and the response time from property management was amazing. I will come stay here again! Thanks so much for everything!

Beautiful flowers were left for us to enjoy. Kids were able to play by the pool while Daddy went to a conference downtown. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Love the large closet to put all our extra things. Adorable mirror desk mama and children enjoyed using and turning on light during our stay. Host was wonderful about get back to us on any questions we had. Condo was perfect for our stay.

Our stay was short and sweet and when we he weather took a turn for the worst, our host Sheree was super accommodating and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and decorated tastefully; the sound machine in the front bedroom was the perfect added touch to assist in a great night’s sleep. Close enough to the downtown area that it was a great location for us for our visit.

I’m familiar with Mobile and needed a place to stay for a wedding in town and this was the perfect location to be in midtown and near downtown. The condo was clean and enough space for my husband and I to spread out with our 2 kids (8&3). The condo had your basic needs, but if you needed more paper towels, toilet paper, bring extra. We felt safe in the area and even though it’s on a busy road, the white noise machine was really appreciated.

Everything about this property was excellent except for the drunk raging neighbors upstairs. They were arguing and fighting, screaming, falling, stomping and just plain out crazy. One of the other neighbors said something to them and supposedly called the cops, but I don’t think they ever showed up. This was the only bad part of the experience.

Clean, cute, just next to a busy road so you will hear sirens, but I’m used to living in a city so it wasn’t bad

I came to Mobile to attend the Senior Bowl and all the events and practices leading up to it. The location was both convenient to downtown and the University to South Alabama. The unit was well appointed and communication easy and responsive. The only downside was it faced a busy street, so if you are sensitive to street sounds, be aware. It was not a problem for us.

This property is convenient to everything in midtown and downtown. It’s hard to beat!
