Private and spacious, Parkside 102 is your in town getaway. Just off Main Street in historic Telluride, Parkside #102 has great access to all the festivities that Town has to offer. The Town Park is a half block away (think Summer Festivals), the ski shuttle (the Galloping Goose!) stops right at the corner, and hiking/biking trails surround you! All the shopping, theatres and restaurants are a stroll away. The living area, along with the kitchen and dining room, all have heated hardwood floors. There is a cozy stone gas fireplace to warm toes on chilly winter nights. The large flat screen TV in the living room and 40 inch smart TV in second bedroom are available for your in home entertainment.

Off the dining area and through two giant glass doors is an outdoor covered patio to watch the Telluride scene go by. The kitchen has quartz countertops with beautiful appliances and is fully equipped for the gourmet cook in the crowd. The Master Suite has a King sized bed with a steam shower. There is a balcony with views of Ajax, La Junta and Ballard Peaks. The guest room has a comfy queen bed. And, the sofa in the living room is a queen sofa sleeper. The washer and dryer are by the kitchen.

The small condo building has a hot tub and large deck for guests and residents’ use at the top of the building with beautiful views all around! Great way to relax at the end of your day!

All rental rates are subject to state & local taxes. Because of recent changes by VRBO, the Book It Now feature only collects state taxes and we will have to add the local taxes as an administrative fee to any rental. As always, we accept PayPal where you can avoid the VRBO Service Fee which we neither control nor receive.

    Great location in town and is right next to the park for easy access to the Blues and Brews festival. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. Master had a steam feature in the shower that was enjoyed, as was the hot tub on the roof! Look forward to returning to this location!

    We absolutely loved this home . No detail Left undone for our comfort. Spotless clean and roomy. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything a novice or gourmet cook would need. Both bedrooms are so tasteful decorated and bedrooms have comfortable mattresses . There is plenty of space for my group of three adults . The view from condo can’t be beat and for staying close to festival was only a walk across the street . The Galloping Goose stops right in front of condo . We parked the car and walked easily to everything. You can’t go wrong with these accommodations. I would love to stay here again .

    Broken window - held together with blue tape Hot water valve broken and reported but not fixed No soap or shampoo in bathroom which is fine but guests should know in advance. Our friends did not have hot water in bathroom sink! I reported it but nothing done!! Hot water would of run for four days

    The property was clean and spacious, very well located just at the east end of the downtown area. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped (the knives were even sharp!). It was quiet at night even with the bedroom windows open. There was a minor issue with one of the TVs which wasn't resolved during our short stay but the owner and property manager were both on the case. I'd happily stay there again.

    Our family and 2 dogs couldn't have stayed at a better location. This property is across the street from the park, and river path, ideal for multiple walks and dog play during our stay! It was only a short walk to the gondola for our ski adventures. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with on-suite baths and a daybed with rollaway in an upstairs nook. It comfortably accommodated our entire family. The main floor living area is spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The cherry on top would have been if the hot tub was working during our stay....but not the listers fault as it is shared by all the tenants in the building.
