Clean, well kept, convenient

Very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and yet room for our own groceries. Would stay again if ever afforded the opportunity and the place is available

This condo was in a convenient location, clean and well appointed!

Great place very clean and just a short drive to the beach ( under 5 minutes). Well stocked kitchen. Condos are right across from the water tower and public facilities but there are grassy areas and outdoor chairs Overall great place!

The ease of location and being dog friendly were the best! Very accurate description of the property. We also appreciated the cleanliness. Great stay!

It was a nice property and well located for access to beach and town.

This property was excellent. It was close to everything, and if we didn't have to bring all the gear with little kids we would have loved to walk to both Rehoboth and Dewey each day. Also really close to restaurants. I didn't see it in the description but there are outdoor showers, which really helped with end-of-day cleanup. I have two comments that were less than excellent. 1 - there were several flies in and around the property, which is frustrating but not overly dirty (just a handful of annoying ones). 2 - the beds were very hard, hard enough that I needed to go buy a mattress topper in order to sleep comfortably. The bed frame in the back bedroom was also really squeaky, so every time we moved we were woken up entirely by the squeak. Other than those two things, would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

First time staying in a Vrbo property. Perfect size for 4 adults and dog. Comfortable living space and beds. Just a short drive away from the boardwalk and walkable if you so choose. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit due to other guests and next time I would request the top floor. Definitely would stay again either way.

Great choice for a long weekend. Just a short drive to the beaches, shops, restaurants without having to get on Route 1. Check in was a breeze. The place is very clean. It feels slightly smaller than it shows in the pictures but there was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dog. The property has just 1 shower which was fine for us but maybe not ideal for larger families. No cable but fine if you’re accustomed to the usual cord cutting apps. The property is managed by ReMax. My only complaint is that their customer communications are off-putting and downright insulting. It’s as if they have disdain for the people who are renting their properties. I work in marketing and my entire department would be fired if we communicated with our customers like ReMax does. It makes me reluctant to ever want to rent a ReMax property in the future despite the fact that the actual property was very nice.

The property is super clean and we loved the little details like USB plug in the lamps and night lights around the condo. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend the unit!
