I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10/2020. We've stayed in four separate Summit Resort Group-managed condos in Dillon over the past two years. This was a decent unit (Timberline 13), but really needs a deep clean, some updating and paint work. We assumed since this was a dog friendly unit that the maintenance had been a little weak. Newer carpeting, but had multiple spots and furniture had dog hair and some funky smells. The kitchen, bathrooms and furniture are quite dated. The excellent view and ease of walking dogs make this a decent unit.

Reviewer Comments: We live in Metro area and wanted to get out of the city and smoke for a few days. 13 Timberline was perfect.Great location...pet friendly....ground floor for no stairs and a fenced these Covid days a full kitchen and grill for home cooking!!
