Stayed Jul 18, 2025The carpeted floors were covered with pet stains. (both kinds) The tile floors most likely had not been mopped for a very long time, one wipe across one tile created black mud. When we spoke to front desk, they obviously knew and didnt care. They said it was pet friendly and we should have known it would be dirty. They told us manager would call, still waiting on that to happen. Could not find another place, so we had no choice but to stay or lose a lot of money on already purchased tickets. We just stayed gone most of the time. My allergies are way beyond bad. Very very upset. One person said if you want clean you should stay Hilton or Holiday Inn. Please fond somewhere else to stay!

Stayed May 25, 2024Building appeared to be under major renovation but ours was in decent shape. Carpet was stained in several areas but everything else was great.
