Stayed Oct 21, 2025Bathroom, shower area very small. A pair of used sneakers sat in a cupboard on top of extra bedding. Full cup of someone else's coffee in microwave upon initial entry. Perfect beach access.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024The studio was exactly how described/pictured. Probably the cleanest dog friendly place that I’ve ever stayed at. My only complaint is that the condo right next door was under construction and it was SO LOUD. With this being a dog friendly condo, it would’ve been nice to be notified of that before staying. My dog was super anxious for the whole stay due to the noise. Otherwise, a great place. I would stay again, but would definitely need to make sure construction was completed.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024I spent 4.5 days inside a small apartment. There was a damp smell in the room before the rain even started. There were no cups. Bowels, plates or silverware. I had to request the comforter be changed, it looked like it hadent been cleaned in a very long time. My dog only got on the bed with clean beach towels under him. By the time i left, which was 7 day before my check out date...the ceiling was beginning the fall due to the dampness and rain. The town had nothing in it. I been to a lot of beaches and sunset beach is not one i will return to... plates or silverware

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Very close to beach and pavilion, ice cream and coffee shops. Comfortable and pet friendly. Floors need a good cleaning but otherwise unit is in very good shape.
