Stayed Dec 31, 1969Comfortable two floor condo near the beach, playground, a few restaurants and stores. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is perfect for a family vacation. House has everything you need (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc) for a good time at the beach.

Stayed Aug 19, 2017The house is conveniently located by the beach and local shops are within walking distance. All the appliances we need were there and the rooms are nicely positioned to accommodate 8 people. We greatly enjoyed the stay and look forward to next year. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 15, 2017My family and I just stayed at this home last week. When we arrived the home was very clean with all of the amenities that we required. The home was very spacious and slept my family and a few friends very well. The location is amazing within walking distance to the beach and various stores. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Stayed Aug 13, 2016Our stay in ocean city was cozy. There were a few times the temperature got really hot and the owners were very attentive. The stove stopped working once and the owners helped us trouble shoot. The house was a little too small for the amount of people it sleeps. You could tell the place was very old and it felt more like a cottage than a beach house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just returned from a few beautiful days in this property and everything was great! We loved being close to the beach and many varieties of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also appreciated the bedrooms being on another level so when my father was sleeping he was not disturbed by noise on main level. Everything was neat and clean just as pictured. We hope to return next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969pros: close to the beach beach tags included extra kids chairs and boogie boards cons: wireless problems - you don't have access to the router because it's in another unit shared outside shower washer/dryer was not working and the repair guy said they'd have to cut out walls to replace it shared deck in the back and shared porch in the front shared grill that you're technically not allowed to use because it's on the deck parking was confusing and cramped. we ended up parking on the street one of four units in one building and you can hear your neighbors

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A cozy, comfortable beach house in an extremely kid friendly location. Half a block to playground. Close to the beach and 34th street shops. We especially like the outside shower, two floors and plenty of TVs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The best part is how close to the beach this home is! We walked there daily and some times a few times a day! The home is as described. There were four of us and it was definitely adequate. There are 4 units in the property and it was very quiet. Parking was a bit challenging as the other renters didn't park in their assigned spots. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
