Pet Friendly Beachfront for Half the Price!

Host was welcoming. We were able to check in an hour early which was helpful. Unit is dog friendly and a great location with ocean view. which was one of the reasons we booked it. Unit was clean and well stocked.. Could use some tlc in the hall bath and the kitchen cabinets. Blinds on doors in bedrooms leading to deck coukd be replaced. A good unit for a winter getaway. Would consider a weekly summer rental.

Location and access to beach was great. No response from host when requesting early access availability. I requested first floor but someone was staying there upon arrival. The view of the ocean was a consolation to lack of communication with host.

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is as close to the beach as you can get, which was a major plus!! The host was kind and responsive as well. However we had some issues with the house. Unfortunately, the home was not well cleaned upon arrival, the walls and floors near the toilets were noticeably dirty, the comforters were stained appearing as if they were not washed between stays, and there was A LOT of dust on the floor. It is unfortunate because the location of this home is so good that it would only take a minimal amount of effort to make it an incredible stay. A note to all travelers, this house is not equipped with any linens, towels, paper product (which was noted in the listing) so be sure to come prepared. It was not an expensive stay so it provided our group with what we needed, but unfortunately, we would not stay again.

Needs end of season sprucing up and overall inspection and review

Perfect location, house accommodates 12 comfortably, large kitchen, plenty of seating.

Location was excellent and it met our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a family of 8, 3 being teenagers and it was the right size for all to have enough space. It was the perfect distant to the beach to be able to go back and forth during the day.

This amazingly located top-floor unit was the perfect stay for my family as we enjoyed a four-day trip to Ocean City. Six adults and one dog couldn't have asked for a better spot: 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a family-owned bakery, and a short drive to the famous boardwalk. Plenty of sleeping options made for a comfortable stay for all of us. Parking was easy too, with spots in front of the property on the street, as well as room in the driveway for two cars. We would 100% consider renting again and highly recommend for a similar stay to ours.

First family vacation in OCNJ in ten years and it did not disappoint! We had 7 adults, and one toddler. House was in great shape, comfortable furniture and close proximity to beach, shops, and playground. Cherry on top was being able to bring our dogs!

We were very pleased with the location of this property being so close to the beach and the overall cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere. Glad we read the fine print on linens, etc. and were prepared. Would definitely stay here again.

House is in a great location just steps to the beach and close to playground, stores, and restaurants. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect.

The beach house was in a great location. The flat needed to be cleaned better. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and the shower curtain was too short. The love seat in the family room was basically broken. Besides that the flat was great.

Our Family of 9 & 2 dogs were quite comfortable in this spacious home. Awesome views from the roof top deck. Short walk to the beach made going back & forth easy. Kitchen was well stocked however I was glad I brought bakeware. The listing was clear that I should bring pillows & blankets which took up a lot of space in our vehicle. When we arrived all the bedrooms had pillows & blankets. I would definitely stay here again.

Russ was a great host! It was so nice to be able to have both my dog and my nephew there. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed the large sectional to have a movie night! Highly recommend!!!
