Primary guest must be 25+ with valid ID matching the reservation
Signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in
Pet Friendly Property: Maximum of Two Pets/Weight Restriction of 50lbs or Less
Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian)
Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee
For long-term stays, mail may be forwarded to the property address and retrieved from the front office during the guest’s stay

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for our family of three. We didn't need a big space as we spent most of our time at the beach and with friends. My only complaint is that the people staying next to us smoked outside their place and we could smell it coming and going and sometimes in our place.

I had to be outside my room to see the beach. The room could use a refresh. It’s showing its age. I would recommend this property but would suggest bringing a mattress pad and some throw blankets

The room was dinghy the couch was dirty and one of the dining room chairs was broken luckily no one fell.I do highly recommend el constante though it's very convenient and a great property this room was just not it.
