Pet Friendly-Beach Front- West Corner Condo-2 Pools

Great corner unit with beautiful view. Short distance to shore line so easy to take your chair to beach. Nice area with dog bags to walk your dog. Elevator was fast with very little waiting.

The property was nice. There were a few things that needed attending to. The popcorn ceilings were peeling in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen cabinet had been cracked but glued back together. Some Light bulbs were out, WiFi was weak at times, missing knobs on furniture and lack of any cleaning products. We never turned on the light over dining room table, even though really pretty, it puts out a lot of heat. We love the location and the beds were comfortable. Thank you.

The host was very welcoming and responsive when we had an issue. He would respond within minutes when we had a question or a concern. The king bed in the master was in good condition and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped had everything we needed. Above all the view of the ocean was amazing!I will say the furniture in the living room is very worn and not comfortable to lounge in. The condo is located on the first floor so you do hear a lot of noise (garbage pick-up - the dumpster is directly under the bedroom; you could hear the water coming down the drainpipe from toilets and showers from the floors above).Overall, it was a wonderful month. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

We had a great stay. Condo has a great view and easy access to beach. This property is also very pet friendly. As others mentioned the noise from upstairs toilet is noticeable and multiple 445 trash pickups through the week will wake you but these didn’t impact our stay.

Caribbean 104 is a good condo for the family. It is furnished with all the appliances and utensils. The beds are comfortable. We will stay here again

Noise from pipes every time someone on floors above flushed toilet over master bathroom. Loud enough to wake us from sleep at night. Master bedroom so small there was no room for bedside tables. Master bed was so tall I needed help to get into bed every night. I’m short but not that short.

My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to take this trip but the one absolute amenity was the place we stayed had to allow pets. Over 20 or 25 pounds. Like 150 lbs. And it had to be reasonably priced and on the beach because my husband is awaiting a hip replacement and could not walk too far to get to the sand. This condo met our requirements and I booked it. I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience after a few back and forth emails where they asked me about extending our stay two more nights due to availability. They helped me get that taken care of but they were never pushy or pressured me. We arrived and the moment we stepped into the condo it was like the world outside vanished. The energy of the whole building was so positive and easy going. The condo itself was beautiful with soft and soothing colors and textures throughout. Everything was welcoming and relaxing. And the view from our balcony was the perfect beach view. The balcony turned out to be our favorite spot as well as our dogs favorite spot. He would come in from his walk and take his toy and stand at the door and wait for us to come open it and go out with him to sit there and watch everything or for him, to sprawl out and snore. The mattress in the master bedroom was so perfectly firm and the sheets were soft and fresh. Plenty of towels and wash clothes and a little bag with shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The master bath has a tub that I have wished for all my life. Was just an added luxury for me to be able to soak until my fingers were wrinkled and not have to hurry up and get out for any reason. I could go on for ages about our stay. The kitchen was well provisioned with more items than I expected honestly. Everything was spotless and clean. The building was really quiet even though there were a lot of people and quite a few dogs there and we didn't hear any of them unless we ran into them coming and going as we were doing the same. This place is a hidden gem tucked into its little nook. It is close enough to anything you want to see or need to buy but far enough away from the main crush of people when thngs get busy. The Hangout is just down the street or beach but not so close to be a nuisance or to pack the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was steps away with limited crowds. Dolphin watching was incredible with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

Location of the property was great! Close enough to all the things, yet set off enough from the action to not be in the middle of it. Easy access to the private beach, steps out your door! Condo was clean, beds comfortable & well equipped! We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was updated in every way. Very clean with nice furnishings. Supplied more than adequately in the kitchen. Has a Kerig which I love.

Well maintained beautiful condo. Check in went very smoothly. Condo was very clean and well supplied nice kitchen ware. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Right on the beach and close to everything. I can’t say enough about this place we really enjoyed it

We had the best view from the balcony, watching the sun rise and set. Tastefully decorated but could use some minor updates. Easy drive to stores and resturants. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. We will definitely stay again.
