Very nice location, right on the beach!

Property was in a great location; super easy access to the beach.Check in was smooth, and on the surface, the condo was tidy.But a deep clean is definitely needed; there are dust balls &old hair near baseboards and around downstairs tv area.The first night, my mother-in-law slept on the fold out. She woke up with bites on her arm & torso/neck area. We inspected the mattress and found a bed bug. We killed it and held onto it in a baggy so that mngmt could see. My mother in law is elderly, and she was afraid to sleep there again (understandably).We rearranged our upstairs sleeping arrangements, and she stayed upstairs for the remainder of the nights.The fold out mattress is in pretty bad shape, and there was a pretty large brown stain and possible small pieces of excrement stuck to is….very gross!We reported the bed bug immediately, and mngmt initially responded that they wanted to come by to further investigate. This was in the morning around 8:30. We kept ourselves available so that they could come see for themselves. Disappointingly, no one showed up until the early evening. And it was not to “investigate”, just to deliver fresh linens.Mngmt let us know that they would be refunding around 180 dollars, but the fact that no one even came to see the bug or my mother in law’s welts was frustrating.The condo does need a little upkeep. But the fold out couch needs to be replaced.I would not recommend this condo. But I would recommend the property.

Great for our family! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice, but being steps from the beach was nicer. We also like the proximity to the jetties. Great for fishing!

The current selection is limited and has seen better days. :( TV is living room is a bit small if trying to have family movie night... having an couple extra blankets would also be nice - bedding is very thin and light and after a day of sun and ac a blanket while watching tv is soothing PS - the entry code is 7 digits long which seemed a bit much and hard to remember

Even though management was open and it was Saturday- they could not do anything to help relieve the situation except let us know they will get an exterminator out on Monday. My nephew, husband and granddaughter were bit. They ended up staying with another relative. It was a horrible experience.

The dishwasher door would not lock, so we ha d washed everything. The left front burner on stove did not heat. Pillows could stand to be replaced. Other than that it was great.

Close to the beach, clean but very outdated property.

This condo met our pet needs and was still convenient to the beach. Overall good accommodations, but kitchen was a little small/cramped. However, it served our needs and allowed us some much needed family time while we enjoyed the beach and the area.

Always friendly staff and very accommodating. My go to place!!
