Friendly and responsive host, always quick to reply. Spacious unit with large laundry machine and a kitchen. Minor opportunity to improve the furniture, such as a newer couch. Master bedroom very comfortable with blackout drapes. Overall a great experience!

Clean roomy 2 bedroom condo next to Oaks Mall. Everything worked like new. Will stay again.

This was a perfect place to spend a weekend visiting with my grandkids. Very comfortable and clean. Only downside was the tv - hard to figure out and time consuming so we just gave up trying.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. I hate to complain but It was weird there were plastic plates instead of ceramic and one was warped and appeared to have been microwaved by a previous guest. Also no washcloths were provided. This was explained ahead of time but was the first time I experienced this. Me and my 2 friends were unable to figure out how to use the TV remote and the instruction manual made no sense to us. The host was available for a quick reply when needed.

Place was really clean and plenty of towels and linens to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended.

My family was 6 plus the dog for my son's graduation at UF.Pros: The apartment is very spacious, with several beds and laundry. Quiet and clean. Simple check-in and check-out instructions, and good communication with the host. It's close to the hospital, mall, restaurant, and UF. There's a pool in the complex, and the apartment has a balcony.Cons: There are no TVs in the rooms.

Clean, perfect layout for gandparents and 15-18 yr.grankids. Wanted home environment to play cards, fix meals, and reconnect. We visit once a year and this was perfect.

My family of 4 stayed here over Thanksgiving. Communication with property manager was great. Unit needs some very basic cleaning supplies like kitchen towels, clean sponges or dishwasher packets. Washclothes not available.

If you are looking for a weekend trip to UF for a Gator game or other UF event this is a great place to stay. Located right of I-75 and convenient to the Oaks Mall and looks of quality restaurants. The rental unit is quiet, clean and enjoyable.

We arrived around 8 PM on Friday night to a lot of people in the parking lot smoking and drinking and kind of being loud was a little scary and sketchy and kind of heard that most of the night got out was looking forward to a cuppa coffee because I was tired from lack of sleep and the coffee pot does not work. It’s secure and it needs to be, the scaled so it did not work. I was not happy will not ever stay here again.

We came down with our granddaughter so she could play softball. It was a beautiful weekend and we managed to get in a little shopping as well.

Putting it simply: Definitely one of the best private host experiences I've ever had. Very clean. Plenty of sleeping space. Simple check-in and check-out instructions. Overall a wonderful experience.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, priced right and perfectly located to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We booked this for a week while we worked in town and our crew loved it. We will be back for the second portion of our project.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was very clean and roomy even with multiple beds in the rooms. The check in and out process was super simple and the smart lock system made it easy to come and go. The shower pressure was really good. A lot of attention to detail and efforts to make the stay comfortable were very apparent. We will look forward to staying at this property again in the future when we visit our college student.

Rented this apartment for 2 weeks for work. Close to the hospital. Had everything I needed. Adding the black shades were great. Loved having laundry available.

So you won't sleep The light at the front door outside is so bright it's like 8am all night in the bedroom and living room so you won't get sleep Found old food in the futon bed Dog ate 2 roaches 1 roach found in bathroom bag we got home on lint roller (thank god I cleaned everything as soon as we got home) We tried to use the pool after being at the fields all day.... black algae, so you can't swim
