Pet Friendly! 2 KING Beds, Heated Community Pool! 3 miles from Cardinal Stadium!

The property was very clean had great instructions. We enjoyed the kitchen the laundry and the house was very responsive. Great location.

The host was quick to respond to messages, friendly, helpful and informative. The amenities were top notch. gorgeous pool and spa area. felt like I was at a resort. The villa was clean, kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. beds were comfortable. neighbors were welcoming and friendly. my ONLY complaint is the A/C system didn’t work at all and it was very hot inside the villa even with fans on. They tried to fix it but it needed replaced. this is not the owners fault that it will be replaced after our checkout. I would definitely rent again.

The house was very nice. You can not beat the location for any sporting events in Phoenix. We were there for the NASCAR race (10 min drive) but State Farm Stadium is only 3 mins down the road. We had an issue with the AC but the owner/manager got it fixed as quickly as they could.

Immaculate and well appointed property. Fully informative manual. Prompt, polite and hrlpful communication. We would not hesitate to return!

Very nice accomodations and beautiful grounds. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and such. Great laundry room. Everything was wonderful and the communication was perfect.

Spent a couple weeks there, visiting family and friends in the area. Enjoyed our stay there, it was clean and comfortable.

This property is just a short drive to Camelback Ranch, home of the Dodgers spring training facility. The condo was clean and comfortable to stay in. Check in was easy. The condo complex has lots of amenities, BBQs, a pool and weight room. Just be sure you bring your own shampoo and a bar of soap for the shower. We would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and laid out perfectly for us. Nice to have a covered parking spot but they were so narrow and with a metal pole that prevented you from opening the driver door if you pulled all the way in. Consequently trucks and big SUVs stuck out and made parking even more difficult. Walls were insulated very well but not the ceiling as upstairs neighbors were heavy footed and woke us every morning just walking around. The other neighbors we met were really nice as was the pool and gym.

The hosts were very good about responding to our questions quickly. Great west side location with easy access to main highways, plenty of entertainment opportunities and lots of great restaurants. Nice pool and a decent workout facility. Would recommend staying here.

We've stayed at this property (different unit) before a few times. The property offers the basics, is always well maintained and is quiet. We really enjoy the pool and while the gym isn't exceptional it provides plenty to get in a good workout. The location provides super easy access to State Farm Stadium, shopping and Costco.

The pool is advertised as heated, but heater was not on until our last week. Hot tub was not functional. Other wise everything else was great.

We were so pleased with this cute condo that was nicely outfitted, clean, neat, and well stocked. Thanks for a great time!

Great unit with a great location for my vacation! Communication was excellent with property manager and I would book again!

We didn't use any of the amenities, basically slept here only. Was quiet and peaceful.
