• Registered guests only. Please do not exceed the approved occupancy.

• Pets must be approved prior to booking. A one-time pet fee of $250 per pet plus taxes applies regardless of length of stay.

• Please treat the condo with care and leave it in reasonable condition upon departure.

• Guests are responsible for any HOA fines or violations incurred during their stay.

• Please follow all posted community pool rules and hours.

• Community amenities, including the pool, may occasionally be unavailable due to HOA maintenance or closures beyond the host’s control.

• For security purposes, Ring doorbell cameras are installed at the front entrance and patio gate entrance. There are no cameras inside the condo.

• Please do not share access codes or keys with non-registered guests. Lost keys may result in replacement charges.
