Pet Friendly, 1st Floor 2BR 2BA @ Dunes of Panama in the B Building!

My family’s second time staying in this unit. We love it at Dunes of Panama. Very clean interior and exterior. Pet friendly. Pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Convenient to most restaurants and Walmart.

I love Dunes of Panama and this was another great unit there. The check in process was easy, the condo was very cute with beach vibe decor and a nice large balcony. The only thing I would change is the balcony chairs. The cushions are hard and wore out making the chairs uncomfortable but other than that, I had a great stay. Love that it is pet friendly and no blue tooth wars on the beach at the Dunes. Just a very nice and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again:)

This is the first time we were on the ground floor. It was convenient for us and the dog. It was a beautiful condo very clean and nice enjoyed are stay. Great location away from the noise down town. It was very relaxing. Loved the beach pools were nice. Very friendly atmosphere

The agent was excellent in trying to get me what I booked for. Not her fault we had to change but would have whether been where I could see the ocean better.

Had a very pleasant stay. Perfect for family with pets. Would stay again.

The room was nice but not clean. There was construction noise from A building. There was no hot tub and the tiki hut was only open a few hours in 7 days. The beach was beautiful!

Condo was wonderful ! Paid extra to check in early but cleaning crew was still there upon check in called management and they were rude and did nothing about it . Also paid for xtra day and they had a person to come and fix issues from previous stay Aj’s didn’t inform us period intruding on our last day stay not good . But the condo itself was great . Management wasn’t .

Nice condo on the beach! Great view of ocean from the balcony and not a long walk to the beach! Pools were really nice as well.

Cute place! We’ve been staying at The Dunnes for the past several years and have always loved it. The place was clean and comfy! The only issue was there was a very distinct smell when we entered. It did get better as the week went on.

From arrival to departure:Check-in and arrival- easy, no issuesUnit- kitchen and living area all very nice with everything needed to enjoy our stay.Bedroom # 2 was very nice. 2 fans available in the closetMain bedroom- the mattress is awful, uncomfortable, sunken in, with extra soft king sized pillows;(. 2 fans provided in the closet that came in handy as the room stays very warm. Second Bedroom did not have a Queen size bed as advertised. Shower/tub was full of pet hair. Bathroom Tub water wouldn't get hot.Pet hair all over the furniture and floor throughout Condo.Furniture was terrible (like sitting in a hole). Electrical Outlet broken so lamp wouldn't work. Chair broken.Master Bedroom the bed was terrible (like sleeping in a hole).Bathroom sink drain was broken.Rugs throughout were dirty.For the 210.00 they charge for cleaning plus 150.00 fee for having a pet you would expect it to be clean!!!Emailed ECDI, they offered to send Housekeeping back.I declined, should have been done before we arrived and that's on our time. Otherwise, our stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Says oceanfront but is set back from ocean. Listing also stated had a hot tub but we were unable to locate a hot tub. Housekeeping could do a better job. My grandchildren’s feet were very dirty after walking around barefoot. Commode had black stuff under the rim. Overall our stay was good. I’m

Exceeded expectations for the price. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of property amenities. The master bathroom could use a little updating compared to the rest of the condo, but certainly not a deal breaker. The balcony view was beautiful and access to the beach was quick and easy. The pools were nice too. Will definitely consider this rental again for our yearly PCB trips, as we all really enjoyed our stay here.

This unit was in a good location, quite and pretty. The unit itself (especially the bathrooms) need updating. The dishwasher needs replacing, we tried multiple times to get it to work but it never would wash the dishes I placed in it. My house shoes were new when I put them on and when we left the bottom of both my house shoes were black. Whoever is supposed to be cleaning unit needs to be cleaning it better. Overall not a bad place, and we would probably stay there again.

Love so much about this Condo and property. It is clean, quiet, well maintained and a great location. It’s a way from Front Beach but close enough to get to. Stayed many, many places but this is where I’ll be staying from now on . Lived B107!

The condo was a nice size and quiet. Great view of sunsets. Overall the condo could use a new dishwasher, master bath needs updated and overall a better job on cleanliness. Responsive property manager. Nice stay

This room was great for our family! Had everything we needed and enjoyed being close walk to beach and pool. The only thing I would take stars away for it cleanliness. Some areas could have used some more attention and cleaning. Overall we loved our stay here. No noise complaints and our first time being lower level at the beach and we really enjoyed it.
