Everything was nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable though.

Everything went fine once we found the unit. It does look like some boilerplate info used for telemark rentals needs updated. Our instructions took us past the road we needed, and we ended up taking our trash with us since we couldn’t find the bin “in the parking area” as described. Other than that, the unit was as described and a nice weekend away for us.

Very clean considering pet friendly. Carpet stained but not dirty. Bummed the ice maker in the fridge wouldn't dispense and neither the in unit microwave nor the backup they brought in worked properly. Overall it was fine.

We picked this place for the location and for being pet-friendly. The location was fabulous, although the directions we received were confusing and inaccurate. While the living room furniture was as advertised and comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well stocked, the carpets were HEAVILY stained, the bathroom was dirty (hair in the shower, debris on the counter and in the sink), and the bedroom was so uncomfortable. The mattress is incredibly old and uncomfortable, and the pillows are ancient. There were extra pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases, so we couldn't even use multiple pillows to make it more comfortable.Overall, the location is impeccable, and I'm so grateful for a pet-friendly VRBO. However, the lack of cleanliness and how uncomfortable the bedroom was would make this location somewhere I wouldn't recommend or return to.

Great location and plenty of space

We actually got upgraded to a condo in Fraser. It was wonderful. Lots of room, very clean. Loved our stay.

The property was clean and the location was perfect. Close to everything in downtown. We were able to walk to dinner, concert in the park, etc. The Wi-Fi never did work, but we were able to use our phones, so it wasn’t a big deal, but be aware. We would definitely stay again.

While the property’s location was as advertised, the overall experience was unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a Vrbo listing.The listing stated that internet and cable were included; however, neither was available during my stay. When I contacted the management company, I was told I would need to purchase internet access myself — a misleading and unreasonable expectation for a short-term rental.More concerning were the unclean and unsanitary conditions of the unit. There were visible pet stains on the carpets, clumps of someone else’s hair left in the shower, and a non-functioning drain that caused standing water while bathing. The bed sheets were covered in dog fur, and both the sheets and sofa had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the space feel neglected and unwelcoming.Additionally, the pillows provided were not in any condition to be used. They appeared to be extremely old, lumpy, and unsanitary — as if someone found a 30-year-old pillow in a relative’s attic and thought it could be repurposed. Replacing them with clean, reasonably filled pillows would cost very little, yet would go a long way in offering a basic level of guest comfort and hygiene.Due to these conditions, I left the property two days early because it was genuinely uncomfortable and unhealthy to remain in the space.

Overall we really liked the unit. It was in a convenient but quiet part of Winter Park. Everything was clean and worked great. Only issue we had was that the cable TV and wifi didn't seem to be working, but we had other ways to entertain ourselves.

I took my husband for his birthday and it was a wonderful long weekend! The proximity to downtown, several breweries, the market, restaurants, trails, etc. was amazing!

Condo poorly furnished but good location

The property was just what we needed for a short Thanksgiving getaway, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed

The condo was a great spot for my new husband and I to get away and enjoy some time in winter park! Easy to access and it was lovely to have a garage to park in. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice place and very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Just our stopping point on the way to Rocky Mountain national Park. W Would stay again

It was okay. Kind of dark and a little dated, but overall okay.

This place was great. Had everything you would need and is in a great location. Easy walk to lots of things and a right along the river.
