Perfectly poised condo with fabulous Gulf and Intracoastal views

Condo was just like the pictures. Really appreciated the beach extras in the closet and the beach towels, used them everyday.

Beautiful ocean views, multiple spaces for entertainment, and spacious rooms. Would absolutely book again!

The pictures don’t do this unit justice! Very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The check in and out process was a breeze and the pool area was always clean. The unit is stacked with all the supplies you could need with a full kitchen plus an added closet full of beach necessities and a pack n play. Communication with property owners was very prompt. The only complaint we had was the elevator was awfully slow. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo. Very clean. Plenty of supplies. Coffee maker, Kuerig, pots/pans. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Beach towels and beach chairs. Fans, pack n play, step stool, dressers in all bedrooms. Check in was easy, keypad to doors worked well throughout our stay. Beach view was great from deck. Easy access to beach and pool. Very quiet. Walking distance to many restaurants, but also a trolley is available for a small price. Elevator was slow, but it was spring break! Would stay here again in a heart beat, but we are the family who likes to explore new places when we travel. The beach is absolutely amazing.

Clean and up to date amenities. Beautiful views of the ocean. Pool and grounds were kept clean.

This would be 5/5 except the pool and hot tub were being renovated after the hurricane and we weren’t informed until a week before we checked in. Other than that, the unit was fantastic. Plenty of space, great views, and a very responsive host. We had an issue with the AC that was fixed promptly and overall we would stay again and 100%’recommend this location .promptlyand o

Overall, the area seem to be coming back strong from the storm. There were quite a few stacks of debris in the area but more so to the North end of the island. There were a lot of restaurants and and shops open so we had plenty to look at and do overall. It was a pleasant time. .shops up and everything seem pleasant

We had stayed at this property last summer and loved everything about it. We were a bit disappointed this year as we had a couple issues. First our door code didn't work. We communicated with Vacasa and they provided the code to the key lock box so that worked out. The toilet in the master bathroom would not fill after each flush. That was a problem as we had to take the tank lid off and press down the valve to fill the tank. Vacasa and the 'local team' communicated with us but nobody showed up to fix. At one point we were told that someone was on the property and we gave them permission to enter. We were there at the time and waited but, again, nobody arrived to fix even though we received a text saying it was checked out and the toilets flushed properly. The last issue is the outside hallway light by the room with 2 queens. It constantly blinks like a disco light making it hard to sleep in that room. I would recommend a blackout curtain on that window instead of blinds.
