I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was the perfect size. The dishes could have been clean and the walls could have been dusted but the condo as a whole was peaceful. The gate code never worked so we had to walk all the way around to get to the pool and beach access which wasn’t ideal when carrying a lot of things, especially since the stairs to the gate was right next to our condo. We asked several times about access and they would just give us the same code and say it should work. They never actually looked at it or helped though.

Elevators are ugly and unreliable. Mailboxes need replacing.

Reviewer Comments: Terrible - Condo should not be available for rental - especially at the same rate as the other units in the condo. Most of the condo looks like it probably did in 1970. Updates that were done were done cheaply and by someone not qualified. The pictures on VRBO do not give a true idea of the condo. Sea Coast Management Group apparently has no standards on acceptable rental properties.

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was very positive.We enjoy the quiet setting the friendly encounters with the other renters.The beach is a drawing card for sure we enjoy being right on the beach easy access a great place to walk each day.I must mention the office staff that we dealt with Mike and Becky both are professional and very helpful .They demonstrate caring in how they deal with issues that arise.Thanks .
