Stayed Oct 10, 2020Overall, we had a nice week! Thanks to the owners for sharing their condo with us. However, we had issues from the first moment in the condo. The master bathroom toilet didn't work. After multiple plumbers, phone calls to property management, it still didn't work. The plumber destroyed the porcelain in the toilet. It was never resolved and we had to use the guest bathroom all week. There was supposed to be a key to the storage closet outside for more beach supplies, but it was nowhere to be found. The umbrella in the downstairs closet doesn't work, so we had to rent an umbrella for the week. The washer/dryer combo didn't work until I had to reset the breaker. The condo is tired and in need of upgrading, especially the toilets. Luckily we weren't in the condo that much. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, shopping, food and drink. We will be back to Sanibel.
