Perfect location! Right downtown! Walking distance to everything.

I can’t speak more highly of our experience. Beautiful location, great feel and vibe. Supplied as expected and then some! Truly allowed for that home away from home feel. Hosts were excellent and attentive, but not intrusive. I was truly impressed and humbled by this place and experience. 10/10, worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect location for sure! Spent the weekend at Jen’s place with my daughter and nieces for a quick girls trip, and it was great! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and convenient. We walked downtown and to the pier, and even though it was chilly, sat on the rooftop patio for a bit. Without question one of the best places I have ever stayed.

This was a stellar stay: Very welcoming and attentive host, clear communication, comfortable beds and attractive furnishings, well-supplied amenities (bath and kitchen supplies), convenient location for downtown businesses. The owners and manager could give hosting lessons - so wonderful to be treated with kindness.

Beautiful location and space. Very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Comfortable place with a lot little extras you don’t get in most rentals. Quite a few comforts of home and necessities for the area itself. Fantastic stay and it was very easy to get ahold of Jen if we had any questions. Definitely want to come back again.

This condo is in a great location and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the musical fountain, and the riverfront park. It's clean, neat, and well-stocked with basics. The hosts are wonderful. One of its best features is reserved indoor parking. Grand Haven has a parking problem, and having your car in a covered, heated garage - especailly in winter- is important.

Jennifer was an excellent hostess! Very helpful and extremely responsive! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed from tissues to spices to zip lock bags. The location was outstanding and bedrooms were very comfortable. A

THIS UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD FOR SURE STAY AGAIN. WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR ABOUT 24 HOURS FOR THIS TRIP.

Beautiful rental. Walking distance to everything in downtown Grand Haven. Grand River boardwalk is right across the street. It’s our second stay at this property and we would certainly come back for another.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven at this location. It was quiet, clean and within walking distance to shops, the beach and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to a few minor questions. We would recommend it to friends and hope someday we could return!

This property was BEAUTIFUL and right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to everything! About a mile from the beach but a beautiful scenic walk/quick drive. The bar next door does get loud with their music in the evenings but a good sound machine kept our toddler asleep. We had no issues during our stay and Jen was very responsive with the check in/out process!

Wonderful hosts! It was a perfect stay and the condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs!

It was really easy to check in. Parking was also easy (even with the Coast Guard Festival in full swing). The space was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and being able to watch the Coast Guard Festival Fireworks from the rooftop. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

It was a great fit for our family of 6. Located right next to social block with shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to the beach and great spot to pop out and watch the nightly water fountain light show.

Perfect spot.. even if you have toddlers! Loved the layout & was great for the family. Very beautiful and wonderful space, stocked with all the extras that you might need. Great location.. a few steps away from downtown & about a 20ish min walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!! Book this!

A perfect place for families. You can watch the fountain show from the front of the building. Equipped with just about anything you would need.

Right in the middle of the action. Steps to shops, restaurants and water events. Beautiful place with everything you need. Bunk beds were perfect for a couple extra kids. Definitely would stay again!

This rental was perfectly located to enjoy downtown Grand Haven. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the comforts of home.

We’ve stayed at several different places in Grand Haven. This was the closest to downtown social district.Yes staying here during the summer months you will be able to hear the roof top deck bar from the rental but if know that coming into this place, you won’t be let down. The only thing we didn’t see was the roof top, the view must of been amazing up there. Plus I’m hoping you’d have a great view of the water show during the summer months.My wife and I loved the place and would go back again.

The property is just perfect. Communication is amazing and the owners are so nice and accommodating. Very short walk to the cute shops and food. Short drive to to the beach and lighthouse. Very convenient to food and groceries. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

This was a very easy stay ,everything was clean ,neat and comfortable. Location was great close to everything.

This is a great place to stay in GH. We have stayed here at least 4 times and each time it is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are great and easy to communicate with. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king and one with a queen. Two bunk beds are built into a nook downstairs that would probably be a lot of fun for kids. Downstairs has a large bathroom with a tub, and upstairs is a decent sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. If you need to do laundry, there's a stacking washer/dryer with pretty good capacity and the owners provide several detergent pods to get you started. There's a large TV upstairs with a bluray player and a good sized TV downstairs with a Wii. There's ample towels and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even a decent amount of spices. The dining table has comfortable seating for six and there are four seats at the bar. There are even a few beach items stowed in the closet. We always enjoy our time here.

We had a very nice stay in Grand Haven. It was cold for a couple of days so it was great to be right downtown and close to everything. The owner was very responsive with a couple of questions and the home was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. I would stay here again on my next visit.

I can't begin to say about how wonderful our stay was! This place has it all - clean, beautifuly furnished, well supplied & in the heart of everything. Walk out the door to several great restaurants, walk to the pier or wander the town & visit any of the wonderful shops. It's a wonderful town & everybody is super friendly. We can't wait to come back!!

It, indeed was a great location! The condo was very nice, spacious and immaculate! There was a rooftop area that was wonderful to gather and/ or have a meal! Great sunset viewing!

We rented this place so that our family can meet us from different locations to spend time together. We had a wonderful time. Perfect location to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a little bothering was the restaurant/bar right next door. On weekends they are open late so it was noisy on Sunday morning the restaurant started power washing at 6:45 am in the alley and it lasted for 2 hours.

The property was exactly as depicted in the app. Perfect for our family of 6. Great location. Very clean and new, and the owners couldn't have been more accomodating to our needs.

Highly recommend this condo for its location in Grand Haven. It is in the Center of everything. The condo itself is spacious and accommodated our family of six nicely. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to every inquiry.
