Perfect Location on the Boardwalk in South Mission Beach!

Great location and very friendly owners. Back yard is the beach and very close to entertainment & shopping center. Totally enjoyed the family vacation.

Loved the home, clean and equipped. The location is prime just far enough down the beach to stay out of the crowds but close enough to the restaurants and the park. It was great to have our bikes to ride the path along the beach and bay. Volley ball nets are right outside the back door. BBQ was awesome to have. It was a great location because we had a grandchild/baby with us and it was convenient to be right next to the beach for the frequent trips back to the house for him!

We had a wonderful stay. Being right on the beach was fabulous. The house was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Loved the location of this house. I sat on the front patio every morning and watched amazing volleyball players, listened to the sounds of the waves, and had front row seats for people-watching. It's the quieter edge of the beach which was nice and the walk to set up beach chairs is only 15 yards or so! (Bring an EZ-up tent or umbrella for the patio as there isn't much shade there.) The owners were great to work with too! Any questions that we had were answered promptly!

It's the best part of Mission Beach. Far enough from the jetty and Belmont Park to be less busy but still easy walking distance to the restaurants and attractions. The beach is great for the kids. Some quality volleyball viewing from the picnic table. It is clean and a very reasonable price.

Location was good for us, down the boardwalk away from the noise and busy Belmont Park. The patio was where we spent majority of our time, good for eating and relaxing. We brought a pop up shade, which would be suggested to anyone spending much time there. You do share a patio with the condo next door but it is set up so each renter has their own space. The interior was average in size, and had a fully stocked kitchen which we used a lot. A suggestion would be to install screens on all windows, and address the fly/nat problem, this was an issue for the entire week we were there. Also another suggestion would be a place to lock up your bikes outside, a small bike rack, or stationary post that you could lock a bicycle up to would be great. Great having 2 packing spots- buy typical of beach parking the spots are very tight. Overall we had a good vacation.
