Welcome to Island Court One, a purpose-built vacation rental right in the heart of it all in Mission Beach!
Recently built, this home is nicely upgraded with stone countertops, new bathrooms and stainless-steel appliances. The ground level includes a living area with sofa seating, kitchen and breakfast bar and opens up to a spacious ground-level patio; Perfect for outdoor dining and complete with a gas BBQ and serving bar.
There are 4 sleeping rooms, one on the ground level and 3 on the second level. This home comes with a full-size laundry room and each bedroom has a TV and its own mini-split A/C unit. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels, and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

Turn left onto Strandway. Island Court will be on your left.
This property was as advertised- clean and neatly appointed. It is within walking distance of the beach, the bay, amusement park- short drives to Zoo, Old Town and anywhere else we chose to go. We were very happy with this rental and would stay here again
Communication was great. The location is amazing! Perfect for our family. Shops nearby, coffee, restaurants. We stayed here with 2 sets of grandparents, everyone had their own space/bathrooms. Bunk bed room great for kids or family. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay.
This was a great location, layout was nice for our family. We came for a family wedding and we loved being so close to events and the beach!
Great location! House is perfect for couples and family as the bedroom downstairs has two large bunk beds. The check in time is extremely painful unfortunately. 4pm check in time is very late!! Also, check out is 10am :(
The location was central and felt safe.
Property was clean and nicely updated. Parking was tight. Busy area in back being right off the Main Street. Overall we had a great stay.
Wonderful stay, great bedrooms. So convenient to beach. Good food. Parking was a issue when a Suburban and a Enclave parked, we were unable to park there and had to go to street.
Our family really enjoyed the space…beds were comfy…kitchen had lots of room. We loved the outdoor patio!
The condo is just as described. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of bed and bath space for 9 adults. Nicely updated baths and kitchen and nice patio. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The neighborhood is a noisy and the furniture is uncomfortable but the proximity to the beach made it worth it.
We stayed here during our kids’ fall break, and we had an awesome time. Great location, great place, everything we could have wanted.

House was ideal. Location of home was great. However, the parking area face the back of the shops where the trash bins were placed. Parking was not the best. We could only fit one car into the carport. Had to look for space on the street and move it daily for due to street cleaning days. I recommend a small vehicle for parking, even with that the 2nd vehicle may still have an issue parking. Overall, the house was nice and clean and comfortable.
This was a great experience we loved the welcoming gifts. We fell in love with this location as we could hear the life of the city and beach when we wanted. But also had privacy when we needed. Everything was within walking distance or nearby we in hindsight shouldn't have rented a car.
We had an amazing stay! The communication with the property management was wonderful. When we arrived it was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Parking is very tight, so keep that in mind, we had an suv and it was tricky. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
