Perfect Location 1st Floor 2BR 2BA Tower 1 @ The Edgewater!

Perfect location. Beautiful updated condo with the best views. The on-site resteraunt,Ocean had great food and service. Highly recommend.

Great location close to everything

Would recommend some little extras such as a couple boxes of tissue being available and maybe a starter of coffee and condiments( salt/pepper, sugar, creamer). A couple chairs and beach towels would have been helpful as well since the property is on the beach. No extras like pens/paper were available. These are things that make a difference! Hand soap dispensers would have been nice. Overall the beds are comfortable and the space is beautiful!

We loved our stay! The beach was phenomenal, the pool was clean and the entire condo was in great shape!

Unit is as advertised, very close to all activities and beach.

At first glance property was good however, one of the sliding glass doors wouldn’t close all the way had to stuff bags in the top of it to keep bugs from getting in. The other glass door took amazing amount of strength to open and close.No hot pads were provided also only two garbage bags for the week which is not near enough and only two rolls of toilet paper which was not enough and one roll of paper towels, which was not enough

This property was sooooo worth it! We had 4 adults and 1 infant & it was so accessible to almost everything. Plus the decorations in the condo were so perfect!

Love the decor. Great job decorating. Several plugs didn’t work. The TV in one of the bedrooms would go off by itself then back on in middle of the night. There is a German roach issue. But I think the entire tower one has an issue that is actively being addressed. Great view of the main pool. You can feel like you’re at poolside from the balcony. Very easy access to the pool and the parking lot since the stairs are right at the entrance and it’s only one floor up. We never had to use elevator. However, parking in front of tower one is limited and had to park at tower 2 or 3 and walk to tower 1. The Edgewater resort is a very nice resort. Register for parking passes before you go so you don’t have to register after arriving.

Outside of the cleanliness upon arrival and cockroaches, our stay was excellent. Loved the location and the view. I am not one to give a bad review however the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. It was very dusty, the lines in the Master were dingy, and we found dirty clothes ( panties) in the other bedroom under the bed. I saw cockroaches in the kitchen during the evening hours that I hid from my mother. Had she seen them, our trip would have been ruined. Outside of that, the beds were semi comfy, the water pressure was great, and the access to the beautiful PCB beach was perfect. All in all we had an incredible family vacay, but I would not rent this unit again.

The view was perfect, directly centered in front of the largest pool and the ocean. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor and right by the stairs. The condo was exactly as the pictures shown. Everything was great and in working order. The host and Emerald Resort always responded to my messages in a very timely manner. We hope to continue to stay in this unit each year!

The location and beach were perfect! The room was nice except for the cockroaches that were in the kitchen at night. We had to go buy traps ourselves. When I notified the property owners they said they would let maintenance know and nothing was done. It could have been better equipped too.
