Our condo offers the perfect combination - all of the comforts of home just steps from Main Street and Breckenridge Ski Area. We are conveniently located at Peak 9 in Warrior’s Mark, making our condo an ideal location to take advantage of world class skiing, adventure, dining and shopping. Breckenridge Business License N. 40048.

The unit is a spacious 2 bdrm/3 bath condominium - with a recent update - ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. This beautifully decorated condo can sleep 6 comfortably in its two large bedrooms each with private bathrooms, the Master has 2 queen beds and there is a King bed in the second bedroom. There are two additional twin sleeper sofas in the living room. The living room is large and inviting with plenty of room for 8 to sit comfortably and relax in style in front of the gas fireplace. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is walking distance to the Quicksilver 6 person chairlift and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy the convenient location while still enjoying a quiet building surrounded by nature. A car is not needed, but there are two assigned parking spaces - one of which is covered.

Enjoy the wonderful outdoor hot tubs and the year-round outdoor swimming pool. The large front entry allows ample space for jackets, and there's a special closet for ski gear plus a private storage locker on the ground level.

The unit has all the modern technology necessities - high-speed internet and expanded cable.

Please, no smoking - and that includes marijuana - or pets. Must be over 25 to rent.

All rates include a one time cleaning upon departure. Mid stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Minimum night stay of 7 nights for Holiday Period. Taxes are additional.

    This condo was great, I stayed with my family of 4 but most definitely could hold way more people . It has an open pull in grange which could fit my big truck. It has 3 amazing full size bathroom with a full Kitchen and living room. Perfect place to ski in and out only a 4 minute walk to ski lift. Hot tubs where a little crowd but over all It was a great stay and definitely coming back next Year 10/10 stay

    Our family of 5 stayed for a week long ski trip in Breck. The owner was super responsive and very welcoming. The condo has every item/convenience you'll need. One of the most welcoming VRBO's we've ever experienced! Really enjoyed our stay!

    Fantastic property in a great location. Walking distance to ski lifts and to downtown. Property owner did a great job with additional amenities such as coffee, shampoo and conditioner. Will definitely stay here again

    We loved loved our stay at this Condo. Anne the owner was super attentive and took the time to ensure we had all our questions answered prior and during the stay. The condo is super spacious, very well equipped with all the essentials for your stay and specially for cooking. I loved the location of the condo relative to Peak 9 base and the town, the covered parking was also great to have since it snowed every day during our stay. We will definitely be back!!     We stayed with 2 grandchildren in this very nice, well equiped and well maintained condo very close to the base of Peak 9. It was like staying at a friend's place while they were away. Basic condiments like olive oil, butter, seasonings as well as pantry supplies like plastic storage bags and paper towels were on hand. The baths were well supplied with towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. The owner was easily available by phone or text during our visit although we merely needed info on the roads due to snow. Very satisfied, no complaints.

    My friends and I loved this condo. Anne was a very welcoming host and went out of her way to help us have an amazing stay in Breckenridge. The place is very cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. We also loved the location. It was a short walk to the lift and into town. We would love to come back again.

    We stayed five nights at this condo. It is just a few blocks away from the Quicksilver Lift and a few blocks away from town. That's a good thing since it's nearly impossible to find a spot to park on Main Street in the evenings. The unit is stocked full of everything you could possibly need. We loved relaxing in the living room with the fire going. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Definitely would stay again.

    Unfortunately, our trip had to be cancelled (an hour after our arrival) because of COVID-19 but the owners were incredibly understanding and cooperative. The place is bigger than it appears on the pictures and is in a great location. We're definitely going to book this property next year.

    Anne, Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family! What a great location; walking distance to town and the ski lifts. We loved the layout of your unit and enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area where we could be together in the evenings after the little ones were put to bed! The kitchen was well stocked with useful appliances, utensils, dry goods, spices, and paper goods. Most impressive was the quality of the cookware in your unit. We like to prepare the majority of our meals, and believe me, it's wonderful to cook in a pan where the food doesn't stick!!! The washer and dryer in the unit was also a big plus since we travel with children! Having laundry detergent on hand was helpful as it is one of those items that cannot be purchased in small quantities for a short stay. Finally, we greatly appreciate the effort you personally put into making our stay more enjoyable, from the seamless check in, to helping locate and return our granddaughter's glasses! We hope to visit again soon! Micki

    We just finished a 5 night stay and found this property very clean and comfortable. At the base of Peak 9, everything was within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for our stay from the well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable bedrooms, and well stocked bathrooms. We will definitely return!
