Stayed Jan 27, 2025Loved stating here. The apt (303) we rented was updated and very clean. The property itself was in pristine condition. Pool area was great. Lots of chairs and the pool was clean and heated perfectly. The BBQ area was nice. It had 3 Weber BBQs. Access to the beach was terrific. Great beach area. Can’t say enough about this property. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 22, 2019Property was very nice. Older condos but unit was updated very nicely. Lots of room and everything we needed was there. Communication with drew from stay in cocoa beach was excellent. Had all questions answered promptly. Drew checked in with us several times from before check in to after check out. Would definitely stay here again and i Highly recommend

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The unit were perfect for us, two couples. Easy access to the beach and equipments. Really appreciate the amenities like beach chairs, towels, etc. Big TV to watch football games in the evenings. It's was a great stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Chateau by the Sea was a great building - well maintained, working elevators, luggage carriers available, Guest Services provided quick, good service. Great accessibility to the beach and pier and loved the 5th story deck for space launch viewing! The unit itself was very lovely. It was clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and beds. The couch was nice memory foam, but it was too wide for my short legs, and a little too soft for my bad back. Would have loved another standalone chair to sit in (only complaint!).

Stayed Jul 14, 2024My family and I loved this condo! We found it to be a big space, very clean and well-stocked. Lots of items for beach use which were in great condition. Easy access to the beach, nice pool, and the roof top seating was amazing. Very highly recommend!!

Stayed May 1, 2024This place is a little diamond. It’s right on the beach by the cocoa beach pier but it’s soooo quiet!!! The condo was clean and beautiful. It had a full kitchen. A beautiful balcony off of the living room And a little one off of the primary bedroom. A beautiful heated pool with beach access. The rooftop deck was AMAZING. The 360 views up there were just jaw dropping. We literally had ZERO issues with this place and would definitely come back and stay!! Communication with the property managers was awesome too. We love Château at the Sea!!

Stayed Feb 2, 2024We had a fantastic 10-day trip to Cocoa Beach. Our condo was very clean and spacious. The location is unbeatable and we absolutely loved the rooftop patio and view. The rental staff was extremely attentive and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again!
