Perfect cozy condo in the center of Myrtle Beach

The condo was absolutely dirty, it was full of dead bugs all over the kitchen on the stove and everywhere on the floor and the first bathroom shower smelled so bad like sewer water, and the deck was so dirty that i didn't even go out there, it was full of spider webs everywhere on the deck every chair and every part of the walls had spider webs. The women who owns this place is very nice but i dont know if she even knows how bad her place is.

Golf trip was great location close to lots of food and shops.

The location of this property was very nice and the host answered questions in a timely manner. TV's are hard to work as when you turned one tv off or on the one in the bedroom did the opposite. The out side porch area was very nice but had not been cleaned in a while so we took care of that. Property is right next to the up and down stairway and is noisy as are the neighbors above you.

Condo was well located, 4 minutes drive to beach and located on a nice golf course. Not very clean, we had to clean the balcony and kitchen when we arrived! If you are not use to an apartment you will find it noisy being on the first floor not well isolated.

A comfortable stay for 2 days . Our host Emily .polite and quick with responding to questions , Location was great .

Extraordinary

We had a much needed relaxing family vacation. My adult children loved the proximity to the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and you are next to the golf course. Beautiful condo definitely a cozy home vibe, with everything you need. We will be back.

It was clean and very close to the beach! Very nice experience!

Was there for a quick girls trip away. One stayed in master room, I stayed in 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Both mattresses were very comfy. No use of pool. Shower water and pressure were great and I used the washer/dryer. My girlfriend loved it and wants to make this condo an annual trip whether we beach or not. Condo close to mall, Broadway at the Beach, Target, Walmart, outlets and Duplin Winery.

The host really worked with us. We went down for a dance competition and our dates kept getting changed. They extended our stay without hassle. They always responded quickly. The condo was very clean and well stocked and the view was amazing!The only issue was parking, but they had no control over that. Some guest in other condos had numerous vehicles so sometimes we had to park and walk. I will definitely book again on our next visit to Mrytle Beach!

We stayed four days and it was so nice and homey. Clean and loved we could just message our host!! Loved the beach area and the pool! We want to go back!!! Thank you!

Good location, we liked watching the golfers. We also enjoyed seeing the ducks and turtles. Patio would have been nicer if it was cleaned, lots of spiders webs and spiders on the patio and inside the condo. Not sure what bite me every night but I woke up to at least one bug bite every day. I liked that it was first floor except for when the people upstairs came in, lots of foot thumping! Even though we liked the location I would not stay again due to bug bites.

We had a weekend conference at the MB Convention center and this condo was just a few minutes away. It was clean, located on bottom level, and spacious for small group or family.

We arrived and had an easy check-in access to the condo with the door code. The owner was in contact with me the entire way through the time we were there.It was very clean, easy access to everything the area offers and being the end unit, it was secluded and quiet. Being on the tee box for the par three was nice too.We will definitely keep this listing for future trips and we highly recommend the condo for both golfers and families.

Absolutely wonderful. Condo was so clean and comfortable. Location could not have been better. I love the beach and my spouse loves to golf. We had the best of both of these. Our host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Definitely will be back and already planning on it!

Overall our stay met our needs. Some of the positives are the location (very close to Broadway at the Beach, shopping and restaurants) unit type (ground floor, corner unit very convenient, especially with a dog), and WiFi was great and met our needs to work remotely. The unit itself does show a lot of wear and tear (cabinets are chipped, tile floor in the kitchen cracked, and laminate flooring is buckling); when I let the owner know about the laminate floor they did offer to send maintenance to come look at it. I appreciate a unit with full amenities - well stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, washer/dryer, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. There is a Keurig which works fine, however we are not big fans of Keurigs so we were very happy to find a regular coffee pot available for use as well only to be disappointed when this did not work, so wound up just buying one. It should be noted that you are provided with the bare minimum of towels - which with the washer/dryer isn't the worst thing - and other than dish soap in the kitchen no cleaning supplies so if you like to straighten up during your stay and do laundry you will need to go to the store. The owner does supply some small hotel shampoos and face wash bars in the bathrooms, but there is no hand soap provided either. Also notable is that as a first floor unit you do you have people above you, which can get noisy at times. Beds are comfortable, PLENTY of storage space, outdoor patio overlooking the

My husband and I (and 2 dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next fall. The condo had all the conveniences of home and the bed was super comfortable. We never slept better. The location of the condo was a short drive from all the highlights. We brought electric bikes (with dog wagon) and went to the beach every day with our dogs. It took only 10 minutes on the bikes. Communication with the property manager was second to none. She was very prompt in responding to any questions or comments we had. The condo overlooked the 4th green of a golf course which provided great relaxing entertainment after the beach. We were very impressed and cannot wait for our next vacation.
