Stayed Apr 12, 2025This was our third time staying in this condo. It is an easy walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to nearby restaurants/bars. We enjoy sitting on the lanai watching the birds and boaters. We will be back.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The location was perfect. However, The constant drilling into cement on my corner, both by entryway and balcony was the ONLY deterrent to my Mar. month. Really could not enjoy the balcony for the last 2 weeks. But, owner was aware, and did make a very nice gesture with a partial refund. Had no idea that they were still recouping from IAN.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Superb communication with Host & Owner. Cozy & immaculate condo with everything new. The bay side is more interesting and entertaining than the Gulf side with a parade of boats & pelicans. There was more beach equipment than we’ve ever seen from a rental. POOL is a definite plus for swimmers! I could actually do laps. Very short walk/drive to the bridge, stores, restaurants. Great walking paths. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2022We really enjoyed the Englewood area. The amount of different beaches, bays, turtles, dolphins, stingrays, birds and other attractions was great. There are quite a few excellent restaurant options as well. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. The view from the lanai was killer. The drawbacks were the laundry facilities which were extremely hot and the lack of process which led to a lot of confusion and really soured the mood.

Stayed May 31, 2022Property was just as advertised! Plenty of beach gear/pool towels & a very convenient beach wagon. Had the pool to myself & it was very clean. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants & beach is right across the street. Sitting on the lanai watching the boats was my favorite! I really didn’t want to leave but hope to stay again next summer!

Stayed May 14, 2022nice room and view. rehab above the room was noisy and the repair dust and material was on the lanai. there was material coming off the ceiling above the stove. I don't think we would have rented the room if we knew prior the repair was going on! We were contacted about the repair after we checked in?????
