Stayed Dec 21, 2025The location in Fraser, CO was perfect! It was close to the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Camp, the community ice skating rink, commercial tubing hills and two downhill ski resorts (Winter Park and Grandby Ranch). And, there was a free bus that ran every 15 minutes thru town and to both Winter Park or Grandby.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The property staff was easy to reach by phone for any questions. I was able to use sister property as a holding space for my snowboard while my condo was getting ready.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Clean, furnished nicely. Plenty of space and beds for us to be comfortable. Good location. I was disappointed to not have it clearly stated we were not on river side and that the hot tub was obviously down for maintenance for some time. They are not required to do so, but for transparency it would have be valued.
