Peregrine Point Condo by the Main Plaza - Walk to Slopes

On arrival the code to get into the building did not work. The condo was very nice inside but didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly. There were prices of popcorn on the carpet in the living room and dirty socks under the bed in the bunk bed room. The Master shower would not drain and smelled like sewer, called the property manager and sent out maintenance the following day to fix. The amenities were nice but the pool had limited seating and many broken chairs around the pool that were unusable.

The condo was great! Well stocked and super close to the lifts, we had a great time on our dad’s ski trip even though there wasn’t much snow! I definitely recommend!

We were so comfortable!! We had everything we needed, even the crock pot! We loved the location, easy and short walk to lift. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay!

We have stayed in Colorado numerous times. This is rated by the entire family young and old as one of our best vacations ever! The condo was perfectly located across from the resort. Easy access to lift #4 for the seasonal skiers and a short bus ride down to the easier slopes for our beginners. We were met with the highest of professionalism from the property managers, wait staff, bartenders, ski instructor, and resort staff. The extra 4% resort fee is highly recommended! It was well worth the price to enjoy the hot tub and clubhouse. The condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking a wonderful Christmas breakfast and dinner. This was a Christmas to remember. My only complaint was one bedroom stayed ice cold while the others were comfortably warm. However, the condo was stocked with extra blankets and pillows so our daughter was comfortable at bedtime. Otherwise, the space is a 10 out of 10. We will definitely book again and make this condo our go to option when planning our next stay at Purgatory. Thank you for the memories!

There was more than enough room for everyone, the kitchen and living area were terrific, and the views were outstanding! The location on the property made it easy for us to access the pool, spa, and summer activities. We all enjoyed the mountain coaster, alpine slide, kayak, and chair lift. We were able to hike right there from property. We used the condo as a base home and were able to easily get to the train, rafting, hot springs, downtown Durango. The unit was clean and we will definitely be back!
