Perdido Sun Sleeps 6 Gulf Front 4th Floor indoor&outdoor pool 4 beds

We were here visiting Perdido Sun for our 4th time! We keep coming back for the indoor pool option, the beach access, the beautiful views, the cleanliness of each place we stay, the convenient location to everything, and the great communication! Perdido is our favorite place to visit for some R&R. We will definitely be booking with Jack again, he is excellent to work with and very quick to respond if needed.

It was great condo just big enough for family of 5 . Easy to get to the pool and beach .Two pools one indoor witch was convenient when the weather was cooler .

Clean, quiet, and host was more than accomidating and replied to any questions i had right away. Great place with indoor and outdoor pool and steps from beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay! 10/10 recommend. The condo was very clean and the view was perfect. Communication with the owner was awesome and he is a super nice guy! Highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back!

We really liked this condo! It included everything we needed and it was very clean! Having a balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic! My only suggestion would be that the bedroom needs dark curtains to keep out the light at night.

The condo was as advertised. Excellent location. Quick response and communication from Jack who recommended some great dining options. Beautiful beach, pool was clean and well kept. We were able to check in early and get our vacation started sooner than planned which was much appreciated. We did have some difficulty with the codes to various doors changing often but it didn’t cause major disruption. The condo could have been swept a bit better there was trash left under the bunk beds and a dirt pile left near the front entrance but that was a minor inconvenience. All things considered though we were extremely happy with our choice and stay!

Everything was perfect EXCEPT the washer and dryer are not inside the unit. 2 per load for washer and 2 per load for dryer. I feel the listing should make that a little more clear. Also people smoking pot on the balcony. Notified security and all was taken care of quickly!!! I love the security of this condo!

Property was perfect for a quick get-away. Had all the conveniences of home and location is great. Jack made the check-in/out process seamless. We will be back!

The condo and location were perfect! Everywhere we ate was awesome! Jellyfish across the street was our favorite! Met the owner of the condo. Super nice and would definitely rent again! Condo updated and perfect size for my husband and myself. Everything we needed was supplied like TP, dish soap, paper towels, etc.

The condo was just as pictured. The location was wonderful, the beach was beautiful, it had a nicely updated kitchen. However there was very loud construction that started every morning between 7:45 and 8:00 AM. It was absolutely unbearable. Tuesday morning was the first morning it started and we were so startled and had no idea what was going on. We knew there was painting taking place on the outside of the building and didn’t mind that, but this sounded like they were about ready to come through the wall. You could not hold a conversation in the condo.We had passed on several other listings in the orange beach / Perdido key area because they had listed construction taking place. We were very disheartened that it was not disclosed before renting the unit.We actually decided to pack up and leave a day early. This would unfortunately keep me from renting with this owner in the future.

Our stay here was phenomenal, Jack was very accommodating and commutative, staff at the front desk was a very sweet lady who was very helpful on good places Togo, condo was clean and cozy perfect for a family of 3-5. Very quiet nice area to vacation too. We will be back again.

This is a cozy & charming gulf-front apartment, great for a couple or a family with young kids. Everything works & the apartment is obviously sell taken care of.
