STAY ELSEWHERE, unless you like to be disappointed.The overall condition of the condo did not match how it was represented online. The photos show the newer updates but fail to show the property's age and need for basic cleaning and repairs (shower drain and toliet did not function properly). This place lacks basic conveniences such as pool/beach towels. The pool and hot tub were disappointing (hot tub was not hot and pathetic jets).Management was slow to respond, taking over 24 hours and requiring repeated follow-up. Would not accommodate a request for early departure. Despite providing photos with concerns immediately upon arrival, we were told it was all normal wear and tear (these things were conveniently not included in the listing photos).The listing for this property felt misleading. We were disappointed and frustrated with our stay. There are MANY other options in the area - go somewhere else!

Very disappointed that there was no washer or dryer. The couch needs to be replaced- very uncomfortable. Hot water was not very hot but the maintenance man did come and fix it after 2 days.

Loved all the decor in the condo, very well done. The condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We have stayed at Perdido Sun for 4 vacations and this was our favorite place. Great communication with host, especially on day of arrival when you need it! We are not fans of all the different key codes needed around the property. It’s hard enough to remember the door code, let alone one for the lobby, and a different one to exit and enter the beach. I understand for security reasons, but sure would be nice if the code you were given worked throughout the property. Once again, the Jellyfish restaurant across the street did not disappoint! Love having the little plaza across the street. Another great amenity that has been added to the Perdido Sun is being able to purchase ice at the resort, great idea! We were disappointed with the complete covering of the beachfront with all the rental chairs and umbrellas. We had not experienced that on our past trips here. 6:30 am and the entire beachfront is covered. We really enjoyed the patio furniture in this unit, it was very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and always clean. If you haven’t experienced “The Perdido Chill “ you should, it’s real!

Everything was great at the condo...beautiful weather and crowds were light.

There was dead crickets a grasshoppers on the carpet an old food on the counter that was hard an been there awhile ! Other than that things was great

Place was very clean, nice with good view of the ocean. Will definitely stay here again

Great property, nice room, everything as noted in listing. They did not allow early check in and when asking we got an auto reply each time. The was our only issue. Beach chairs were available on the beach to rent. Nice short walk and pools and property was maintained. Will stay here again in the future. Furniture was comfortable and patio as well.
