Perdido Sun #604 | Overlooks Gulf + Views!

loved the view and easy access to the beach. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the building amenities. was very helpful with a personal issue. the only issue we had that was slightly detrimental was that at check in. we were given the wrong code for the door. after multiple attempts we called and staff was very helpful, gave us a new code which got us right in.

Great experience.

Second time staying in these Condos and both times were great! This room was perfect! The A/C control pad battery went out and I couldn’t find more batteries and it was later in the night. The on call text message service was answered promptly and they told me there were batteries under the bed in a tote. There weren’t any but i found some in a remote and they brought some the next morning! We were well pleased with our stay!

Had the best vacation

One of our go-to spots. Great place!

Upon initial arrival, we were excited for a quick get-a-way. When we entered the unit #604, we were engulfed with an awful smell. We thought maybe turning down the air will help air out. We went to the store and dinner and when we returned the smell was still lingering. I sent a text addressing the issue and someone came between 1:30-2:30 the next day. Mind you, we pretty much stayed away from the room due to the awful smell. It was hard to even find comfort and ease while eating amongst the smell and mold spores on the ceiling. When we came back to the room everything was clean and we can tell they used bleach to disinfect. However, by the next day, about 18 hours later, the smell was back. This had us thinking that the bleach was a way to mask the unpleasant smell. Nobody should have to gag or hold their breath upon entering their rented unit due to the smell. This was a short trip for two teachers, and we tried to make the best of it. We couldn't even eat inside the unit for the smell was that unpleasant. We also had to go and buy allergy medicine because quickly we noticed symptoms when inside the unit. I thank you for following up quickly when we first brought it to your attention, but unfortunately I had to rate our experience negatively due to this. When I forwarded this message via the text number provided, we only received a I’m sorry, thanks for bringing it to our attention, and have a safe trip home. Now that I am home, I feel even more disappointed.

Very nice accommodations. My sister and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation in Perdido Key. Beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We hope to return next year to the same place.

We enjoyed our stay at The Perdido Sun. It was right on the beach with beautiful views. It was well maintained and any questions I had were promptly answered by the management company. We found several nice restaurants locally and felt it was a family friendly town and always felt safe. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working the last few days we were there but I understand these things happen. We hope to return soon!

Exactly what we were looking for

Condo was clean and perfect size for us with a great view. Beach was family oriented, and not crowded. Made for a perfect trip.
