Perdido Sun 408: Beachfront | In-Unit Laundry | Indoor and Outdoor Pools

Great location and clean unit! Kitchen had 3 dinner forks, no cutting board, no food storage containers, and no cheese grater. Battery in smoke detector went out and we lost sleep due to the beeping. Battery had expired 10/23. Just saying....shouldn't this be a preventive maintenance procedure?? I will carry a 9 volt battery and earplugs with me next time.

We booked our stay about 24 hours before arrival. The communication from the beginning was great. We were given all detailed information and instructions promptly and accurately. The unit had plenty of space for three of us. The king sized bed is a bit firm but is in a room with a view of the ocean. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit had a washer and dryer, which was helpful because we could immediately wash our beach towels and swimsuits instead of having them hanging wet everywhere. Each room had a tv and access to a bathroom. Throughout our stay, there was someone in the lobby that could give general information and we could text if we needed anything. Beach access was just out from the pool so the kids could go between the beach and the pools very easily. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo is in a great location! Quiet and a beautiful beach that was not crowded! Close to grocery stores and restaurants! The indoor pool was wonderful to swim in when kids were chilly from being in the ocean. The only negatives to this condo were that the beds were not comfortable (old and hard) and the tub drain did not work very well. Our family had a wonderful time.

Overall everything was GREAT. Only had three small issues/comments that I didn't even bother the property managers about because they weren't that important to us. 1. TV in secondary bedroom did not work at all. Won't power on. 2. Sink in kitchen - seems hot water will not work. No issues with hot water in the baths, so may want to check this. 3. Need better instructions about where to take trash. We could find no receptacle, and trash chute said contractors only.....so, if we are to take it out, where to? The view is stunning. The amenities were as expected, and we loved the location. It was great!

I have been coming to Perdido Sun for many years. We enjoyed the fact that it was not a huge, over-crowded property, was well maintained and offered plenty of amenities. We always rented a 1-bedroom condo. This year we needed a 2-bedroom unit that fit a specific need of having twin beds in the second bedroom. We were happy with our choice and had a wonderful time.

The property was close to everything. It was very clean!! Amazingly clean! We always worry about walking on tile without shoes because of sand/dirt, but that wasn’t the case with this unit. It was the cleanest we’ve been to in a long time! The building security was a nice feature as well. There was plenty of parking. The unit needs a bit of refreshing. Every chair on the balcony had a hole in it. The refrigerator has rust marks on the outside and the ice maker wasn’t working. A rig in the living area would be nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have a washer/dryer as well. The master bed was comfortable. The master shower was awesome. One of the twin beds is the other bedroom was squeaky. We would go back to the property and unit for vacation again.

Condo was very clean and well-equipped. The beach view was great. Property management company and on-site personnel were extremely helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this condo because it is smaller compared to the larger complexes to the west. That made for a less crowded beach experience. The condo was great and had all the items necessary for us to enjoy our stay, including a pizza place across the street for days the restaurant waits were too long.
