Perdido Sun 406-Beautiful Gulf Front Unit

We really enjoyed your one bedroom condo, it was comfortable and clean! I would love to suggest a few constructive options! You could really use a ceiling fan in the main room and in the bedroom! We were there in October and while it wasn’t incredibly hot. I could not imagine being there in the summer and not having better air flow! The lights in the bedroom beside the bed really didn’t work well! The closet was hard to manage because the doors were not easily movable. In the kitchen it would’ve been nice to have some really decent heat resistant oven gloves. The refrigerator did not have an icemaker, and that was offsetting! Honestly going down the long corridor to the ice machine was about as scary as a Stephen King movie and there’s no way I would do that! I would get in my car and drive to buy a bag of ice before I would go down that corridor, ha ha ha! We had a lovely time. It would definitely come back. Oh, I forgot to add that TV in the main room needs to be way bigger. It needs to be at least a smart TV!

We have stayed at Perdido Sun several times in different units over the past years with no issues. This year there were some but they were more of a nuisance than anything. No kitchen knives or steak knives.Manual can opener had stripped gears and would turn but not open cans.Would have liked a bigger tv in the main room. 42in tv seemed a bit small to watch from table or sofa.The kitchen faucet sprayer was almost impossible to pull out to use. On the last night the kitchen faucet would not turn off and was at full force. Had to go under sink to turn it off. My wife and I were headed to dinner so I called management and they came and fixed it while we were out.We did enjoy our stay and in all fairness we did not report these things to management for them to have a chance to fix the issues.Overall we enjoued our stay

TV in LR didn’t work. Cox cable remote and TV remote wouldn’t connect. Need room darkening curtains inBDR, light in strong at 6:00am. Codes provided: condo code OK; Lobby, beach workout NO! Employee tried 3 times, finally gave me universal code. One of the closet doors on BDR on wrong track.

We were beyond pleased with our stay in perdido sun! Perfect walking distance to all the yummy restaurants and amazing beach views. The bed is super comfy and the view from the room is immaculate. We will be staying again!

Easy check in. The condo was clean and well stocked with all things one would need for a weeklong stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware…Washer and dryer were a big hit with us too.The condo design took some getting used to with the half bath in line between the full bath and bedroom.Bed was uncomfortable, too soft. I actually slept on the couch one night. View from balcony was perfect. Poolside cabana was great, I think we will want that on future trips. Pool and hot tub were also great. Very clean and well cared for. Communication was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they were out to fix it very quickly. Overall, we were very pleased.

All trim needs repainting. Walls as well. Master closet door old and rusted and needs replacement before this unit is rented again. Nice kitchen. Lots of bath towels. Prob won’t come back but it was spacious

Condo was exactly as shown. Amazing views. We had double red flags all but last day. Found some bay side beaches to go to and the kids didnt seem to mind. Walking distance to pauls pizzza, the islander, the jellyfish, and ice cream shop. We would definitely visit again!

This place was quiet and beautiful. It was bright with so many windows looking at the beach/ocean. To make it 100% perfect would have been a taller toilet in the hall bath and a ceiling fan or some overhead light in the bedroom.

Great condo for me and my wife. Very clean, great views and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.
