We loved it

The Condo was all it promised to be. The views were amazing and I spend many enjoyable hours on the deck watching the ocean, as did the others in my group.All the amenities on property were outstanding (we enjoyed the Starbucks multiple times) and we found the location very convenient. It was nice to have the secure parking garage for our vehicle. The property host answered all our questions promptly and I would highly recommend.

This property was evrrything we anticipated. We enjoyed our time there. I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony as I drank my coffee every morning

While the place is nice, clean, and a excellent view the service is was not great.The A/c didn't work when we arrived.They sent multiple to check it, but it never fully worked at all. Also, it would be nice to know that you don't even get chairs for the beach included with this room.

Incredible views! Such a great place to have a reunion with my baby sister. The place was large, clean and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The entire property was wonderful! A beautiful beach with unobstructed views, white powdered sand. The penthouse was like living like kings!

The size of the space was as advertised. The beach in Panama City is Beautiful!

Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children enjoyed the condo’s roomy interior. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms spacious, and the views amazing. We were able to walk to dinner and only got in the car by choice. You could easily park your car and never move it throughout your stay. The Starbucks in the Corner Market was a plus.

We were moved to this unit a few hours before arrival as the one we had booked had an insect infestation. Wow! The views were amazing. The kitchen is very well-stocked with appliances, including an air-fryer and Crock pot. I saw some complaints about the elevator, but with three in service, we never had to wait too long. Everything was clean, tidy, in good working order, and updated. The condo is nicely-decorated, too. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I'd changed is the living room furniture. It's getting a bit lumpy. But we'd definitely go back. Sue at Book That Condo is absolutely wonderful and helped navigate us through TWO condo switches which were beyond our control. It was our first time with VRBO and it was very disconcerting to have our condo switched twice as we didn't know this could happen. It worked out in the end, though!

Everything was great loved view room was nice very clean the only thing was check in time was 5:30 and after driving you are ready to kick back and it says could be 4-6 but

Condo was nice and large. The bedrooms,bunkroom and bathrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The balcony provided a spectacular view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to stay in and cook. Both of the outdoor pools were very cold, and no one was using them to swim in. Not really sure why they were so cold, considering that we stayed the second week in September. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The condo itself was great. The elevators to the 28th floor make sure to dive yourself an extra half hour to get one. The air in our room kept breaking so 5 out of 7 days in July we had no air.

The inside of unit was beautiful and just as described. The owner of unit was prompt and kept in communication. The major problem I had was not with unit but the building itself. The parking was absolutely horrible the elevators were so so soVery slow it was a joke with anyone we bumped into. How slow you ask??! Push button toGo down one time it was 21 minutes before it came and when it did it was packed full had to wait 16 more minutes for next one it was truly irritating. The halls of unit looked like you were in a nasty place that is until you walked into the beautiful unit.

Condo was beautifully decorated and had very nice furniture! Beds were comfy! Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes! Elevators were a little crowded and slow but that’s not the condo rooms fault!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was just as described and perfect for our womens getaway. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. Will definitely keep this condo as one of our favorites.

We overall had a great stay. We enjoyed the condo the issues we had was the lack of curtains in the main area sun made it very hot and constantly in your face. There were curtains there at one point as there were tracks in the ceiling. The curtains in the master bedroom had a rip in it. The kitchen was well stocked and had a large island. The bunk bedroom had a T.V. but it did not work. The air conditioner did not cool the rooms down enough so it was hot at night. We rented some golf carts but we were not allowed to park on the property so we paid to park them across the street through the condo next door. They are doing a lot of road construction in front of the condo and down the road. The condo is close to pier park and lots of area attractions which was nice. I wish they had some beach chairs to use while we were there. Overall we had a nice vacation and enjoyed the condo.

The only problem we had is that we went to breakfast and got back at 9:30 to load our vehicle and the door combination was already changed and we could not get back in the room. We wasted a lot of time contacting the company so we could gain access to our belongings.

Family vacation in Panama City Beach. We had a great time! We loved the room. It was large for our family to lounge and still have some privacy. We enjoyed the balcony time as well as walking out directly to the beach. Can’t wait until next time!!

Positives: beautiful condo and views. We were here during Hurricane Helene, We felt safe in this building. Negatives: On arrivial the floor was dirty and had sand on it. We had to sweep the floor and go buy a swifter to wash the floor. Out of 7 elevators, only 2 elavotors were working intermittenently the last 2 days. Getting checked out by 10 am Saturday was a very bad experience since only 1 elevator was working for 30 floors. The kitchen appliance were great, but when we went to cook pancakes the electric griddle did not have an electric cord. Overall: We expect some negative on the condos we lease, but overall It did not affect our vacation.The family vacation was enjoyed except the elevator issue during checkout.
