OUR HOME
As you step into the home you'll be greeted with a bright & sunny open floorplan main living area with incredible panoramic views. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, SMART TV, accent chair, & bistro dining for 2. Off the living room is your very own sky deck, our favorite spot to enjoy morning sunrises over the bay, evening sunsets over the ocean, & night time Sea World fireworks during certain times of the year!

You'll enjoy cooking while overlooking blue sky views in our open kitchen, fully equipped with bar seating, stainless steel appliance, & a full set of kitchenware. Off kitchen is a bedroom complete with a Queen size bed, accent chair, spacious mirrored closet, portable a/c unit to help keep cool during warm periods, & an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Location was exactly as described. Very nice unit for myself and two children. The beach and boardwalk were a minute away. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a bonus. Highly recommended! !

    The location is ideal and balcony was perfect. We had issues with the ac unit it would turn off and beep in the middle of the night. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

    We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet (although hard to do on the weekend of the 4th). A minor issue we had was that the power went out and it took a while to get someone to help with that and we were able to resolve. Overall, good experience!

    In general, we had a very nice time. The check-in was somewhat rocky. You have two underground garages, which you failed to mention. I followed a car into the first only to find out I was locked in. My key would not call the elevator, nor would it work to let me out of the garage. A fellow guest opened the door for me so that I could escape. Nowhere on my check in packet did it indicat that I was in the upper garage, which is not on the street of the subject address.

    This was the perfect base for my family's trip to San Diego with our 18-month-old. The accommodation is beautiful and spacious with a fabulous view from the balcony. The separate bedroom worked well for putting the kid down for a nap or bedtime in a dark, quiet place. It's in a great location - a block from the beach/boardwalk, a few blocks from the bay, and close to lots of good restaurants.

    Instructions to get into parking garage is unclear. There are 2 garages which is not mentioned. We got locked out of the garage on a Saturday night. Notified property manager of garage gate not working and was told to Try and find street parking. This was no easy feat on a Saturday night. After an hour of driving around found parking and had to walk quite a distance to the condo. In the morning, the gate seemed to work so I drove in and parked. Once we tried to leave, the gate wouldn’t work again. We waited around for a neighbor to use their garage door opener to open gate. We were never given a garage door opener just a key to open garage gate.

    We loved this condo for our quick 4 day trip to the beach. It's so close to the beach and had everything we needed to enjoy our short time there to the max. The location is convenient to the beach, bay and stores. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The views from the balcony can't be beat.

    One property back from beach with great location in mid-Mission Bay. Near-immediate access to beach and boardwalk. Many shops and eateries nearby. Constant cool breezes. Fairly quiet. View of nightly fireworks over Sea World. Issue with garage door lock was fixed within a day. Convenient available beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes, although beach umbrella was broken and bikes are showing age.

    The apartment is very clean, and the view is wonderful. The management company needs to have clearer communication for the beach and bike equipment. It would be a good idea to put the codes inside the apartment for the locks in the garage.
