Stayed Oct 5, 2024We loved the location and convenience to the pool. We have stayed in these condos twice and in the area for the past 15 years. Loved having the bikes for the grandchildren and some of the adults. Needed a few more pots and pans but we managed. We did a lot of in-house cooking.!but the unit was very clean and we will consider it for our next vacation!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Wonderful week with grandkids. Private beach was very crowded so preferred public beach with less restrictions. Great location although traffic can be heavy on 30A. Pool was very nice and large..

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Condo was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room for the kids. Each enjoyed having their own room with TV. Easy access to pool and beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021This condo was great. It was clean spacious and quiet. The beaches of 30a were packed but we knew going into it having booked over 4th of July that would be the case. Make sure to pay attention to the check in procedures regarding security and wrist bands. Security takes it very seriously and it’s not a quick easy process, so start as soon as you check in.

Stayed Nov 22, 2020It is close to the beach with many places and restaurants near by. We all had a great time. The place was clean and well furnished. It was also very easy to communicate with property manager if we had any questions.

Stayed Sep 4, 2020We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is truly relaxing and comfortable with plenty of space for our group of three adults and 5 teen boys. Perfect location for pool access. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the pool. Only cons we could speak of, but definitely didn’t impact our stay, were that the master bedroom could have used some black out drapes to aide in sleeping in during your vacation. However, it does help to get you up to get your days started. Also, the rug in the family room curls up at the corner and can be a tripping hazard especially for the elderly. The oven only heated up to 249 degrees but it did cook our casserole with a little extra time (so maybe it does heat up but the display is broke. Not sure). Dishes weren’t the cleanest (I’m extremely picky) so we just washed everything prior to using. No trial dish soap was provided so had to run to store to get some before using any dishes. Overall we loved our stay and wish we would have stayed a week instead of 3 nights. We are local in Panama City Beach and would love to return to this condo. The bikes were great for the kids to have some freedom on their own.
