Stayed Feb 18, 2025Location is great and easy access to beach. Literally right across the street from Barefoot Beach. Very close to several good restaurants like Doc’s Beach House, Coconuts and Fish House.Only downside is the property still has damage from the hurricane. They’re working hard to repair it, but pools and amenities are unavailable.

Stayed Mar 20, 2022Our first impression was that it is smaller in person than I could gather from the photos. I thought that the place was clean and smelled recently cleaned. Kitchen was very functional and updated. It was a good space for my wife and myself. If we would have brought any kids though, it would have been too small. The pool was a good temperature, but was crowded the times we chose to visit and we couldn't find a lounge chair. The elevator was efficient despite being on the 10th floor. (amazing view!) We enjoyed Doc's Beach House right across the street on the beach-good food and service! The stretch of beach near the property was amazing and easily accessible.

Stayed Mar 6, 2022Love this location! Steps from the beach, nice pools, well kept tennis courts. Close to biking trail on Vanderbilt St. The unit has a good mattress and Roku/Hulu on TV. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 is because floor is badly in need of being mopped and bathroom sink doesn’t drain.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021The check in process is easy. The host was very efficient getting back to me. This is the second time though at this property their bedding and linens were terrible but the host did bring me brand new pillows however no washcloths no one understood to give me a washcloth in the kitchen and in the bath handle for the bathroom no and no matter how many times a horse called their cleaning service it took days and I never did get a washcloth or hand towel .. But I love the convenience of this being so close to the ocean it was modern and seem new. It was not as loaded inside but stuff is the last one the last one had shampoos and coffee and water this one was empty I still would go back

Stayed Mar 5, 2019Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen but we had to buy a can opener. Thought we would have an ocean view, but instead overlooked the tennis courts. All in all it was a nice place.

Stayed May 17, 2017Thanks for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo. It truly is a newly remodeled penthouse - new kitchen, bath, flooring, immaculate, comfy bed - we couldn't have been happier. The view from the lanai was spectacular - such a great place to eat breakfast with the sun rising. The location is perfect for walking to the beautiful Bonita beach and so many great restaurants.
