One parking card will be provided to the nearby garage along with detailed directions on the location of the reserved space. This space is exclusively yours during your stay, 24/7 accessible, free of charge. Level 2 EV Charger also available inside garage free of charge, on a first-come first-served basis, 3 hour limit on all chargers.

There is a maximum number (4) of adults allowed for each property. We make exceptions for the maximum occupancy when children are part of the party. Please inquire for occupancy permissions for your particular reservation. Never bring more adults than the advertised max occupancy.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

    After a bit of a snafu on the first night we were able to check in the next morning early. Property is in a great location and is quiet. The unit is clean and very well stocked. Everything is comfy and feels like home. Property owner is friendly and easy to reach. Parking is an added plus as it can cost an additional 100 for a weekend stay in the same garage. Do not park in the USPS parking lot to unload! You will get towed within 30 minutes and it is a 300 fee! Overall even though we had an issue Friday night we would still stay here again!

    Fantastic, central, well appointed property in old town Savannah. Our family of 5 were comfortable, and able to walk out the door and immerse ourselves in Savannah’s beauty and history. The allocated park was great, and check in was seamless. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

    A girls trip and we really appreciated the two bed, two bathroom space. Everything was comfortable and spacious. There were others staying in the building yet it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

    This downtown, loft style home was everything we wanted and needed for our stay. The location was ultra convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and having a reserved parking spot in a covered garage was a plus! (Once we arrived and unloaded our car, we parked it in the garage and didn't need it after that!) Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, if we would have, it had everything we would want or need and the communication with our host was always timely and effective. We will most definitely stay here again!!
