Penthouse-Oceanfront-Views of Ocean and Lake Powell-July Sale Rates!

We love staying at Pinnacle Port, and this time was no exception! This condo had plenty of room and beautiful views. Some of the living room furniture was different than pictured, but that was no problem for us. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Carolyn was an exceptional owner to work with. Any communications that resort relayed to her she in turn relayed to us. Condo was great and will definitely book with her again!

The condo property manager was very quick to respond to any questions regarding the property. This was our 10th year staying at Pinnacle Port and have stayed in many different properties in the tower and this condo (PH-2) was by far the best due to the views from all the balconies and windows! This too was the best ever…the moon and stars were obviously aligned just right because the weather was magnificent (a little hot for this time of year) and the beaches lived up to their name….”emerald beaches”!! I’ll definitely be checking on vacancy of this unit for next years beach vacay!!! I highly recommend this unit for anyone and or family!!

Everything went slowly with great communication fron renting agent.

The owner was great with helping with whatever issues arose in more than willing to work with us. We enjoyed the beach and the tranquil, peaceful end of Panama City Beach.

Plenty of room for 4 adults!

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for 7 years now and this was by far our worst stay yet. We had gnats in Kitchen and bathrooms so bad it ruined food we had bought for our trip. The host did send out a pest control a couple times to find out if was a mold issue they had under the sink in kitchen and that they where fungus gnats. We where told upon check in that they had came in from a open window. The pest man said there was no way the infestation was this bad from a open window. We will never rent this unit again. Im not sure how informed the Host was about how bad the issues was till we arrived but it was to the limit we almost left several times. The Host did try to accommodate the issue but we should have been fully re-embursed for such an issue that we had to endure or lose all our paid trip. I would have even considered just rebooking new dates for no more cost and no pest.

Great beach location! This condo has everything.

Condo out date Check in took over an hour. Everything else was okay.

We were pleased with this unit. Two balconies, one with lake view, the other with a gulf view. This two story condo felt like home and was nicely decorated. The location is great and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! No complaints!
