Penthouse Loft Downtown Huge Unit

This property greatly exceeded our expectations and wished we could have stayed longer than 1 night. It was very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and had a really cool, hip vibe. Communication with host was timely and informative. Don't hesitate (or wait) to book this property!

Beautiful, spacious loft in a great location, convenient to anything downtown. Parking was easy, and having the code to check in was very convenient. We appreciated the white noise machines in the bedrooms and the keurig in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was what we needed and hoped for it was spacious and allowed us to spend time as a family together which was my main concern. Loved the place but most of the loved the communication with owners

In Birmingham attending wedding events including rehearsal dinner, bride’s luncheon, welcome party and wedding/reception. Attending these events as well as going to numerous other places, none took longer than 15 minutes travel time. Plenty of places walkable as well including restaurants, antique malls, etc. Loft was very nice allowing much space to spread out and relax during our brief breaks between events.

Unit is very unique and a nice place to stay in the city. Perfect for going to a Birmingham Barons game, easy walk to the ballpark. Stocked with anything you need.

The property was beautiful and clean, vlose to everything we needed. We could walk to restaurants and publix. The owners were amazing and very friendly. It is definitely something we want to do yearly.

We made a quick overnight stopover at this property with a family of 9 on our way through to Panama City. Prior to the arrival, the host was extremely communicative and made several recommendations for food and activities in the local area. Checkin instructions were very clear. The space itself was just as described and was extremely spacious and modern. Location was easy to find. Parking we located directly in front of the property and was metered, however, it was free overnight. No complaints from us in this brief stay. The space is very open so if you’re staying with someone who may be a bit loud in general, or snores, you may want to bring some ear plugs. Would highly recommend and would stay again if making a trip through.

The unit was large and convenient to downtown. However, the parking was abit confusing, and if i may make a few suggestions for improving: 1. The floors could have used a few more rugs in the bathrooms and bedrooms. 2. The bath towels were not of quality; and everyone uses a face cloth, not sure why that can't be provided. 3. The lights were far too bright to relax and watch tv; no one wants beaming lights to watch TV in the living area . Try getting a few more pole lamps to have a more subdued setting in the evening. 4. The back yard needs cleaning up...weeds, etc. 5. Add more comfortable chairs not just a sofa and two small seats especially when the unit can accommodate 5 guest or 10 if couples. 6. Ask the guests upstairs to be more conscious that there are neighbors downstairs...we heard stomping all throught the night..very rude. 7. The TV in room #1 kept coming on at 5am; 6am...that needs to be reset to not come on at all unless turned on. 8.THE HOST WAS AWESOME; SHE ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND WAS HELPFUL EVERY TIME I REACHED OUT TO HER; PLEASE LET ROXANNE KNOW WE APPRECIATE HER BEING THERE FOR US. Lastly, the instructions on the garbage can in the kitchen indicates to come out the door of the bldg. and turn left to the back to take the garbage out..hmm instructions need corrected. Thanks, hope this helps for improvement

The seven of us where in Birmingham for a wedding. The location was in walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. Very comfortable with plenty of room to relax and get dressed for the wedding. The apartment remained a comfortable temperature even with the high ceilings. Very close to the grocery store. We would stay here again if we are in Birmingham again.

Great place overall.. traveled with younger kids and the space is perfect for such, but it does get loud at night/early AM from the loft above when kids are trying to sleep if those guests are active.
