Penthouse in the Heart of Zona Romantic Ocean View

Very hard to get in contact with host. Was unsure we would even get into the property because the front desk couldn’t reach the host.

I have been traveling to PV for many years. By far the best place I have stayed at. The location was close to many great places to eat, great bars and clubs. Not to mention close to the beach. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Location, location, location. The condo is close to everything we like to do plus no hills to climb. Favorite restaurants and clubs were all within walking distance. Condo was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Two great patios with great views. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves the PV romantic zone.Until next year,Robert M

I want to preface this review by noting that we ultimately did not stay in the originally booked condo. Upon arrival, the host informed us that his mother lives in the unit part of the year. We were expecting a dedicated vacation rental, not a semi-permanent residence, and were surprised and disappointed that this important detail wasn’t disclosed before or after booking. The unit itself was not clean or guest-ready. We encountered several concerning issues, including a hole in the ceiling above the shower, an unsanitary bench and foot scrubber left in the primary shower, dirty floorboards and appliances, and an ant problem throughout. The refrigerator was stocked with used condiment bottles—including a prescription medication bottle—and the freezer was filled with leftover food. After sharing our concerns, Evan offered us another unit on the same floor. We stayed there for three nights before relocating to a different, cleaner, and better-maintained condo. Unfortunately, the second unit also had problems: clogged bathroom sinks, stained and worn towels and linens, mold around the faucets, and a persistent, unpleasant odor coming from the sinks and drains. To be transparent, we chose not to report the additional issues with the second condo—we were already frustrated and just wanted to move on to a place that met the standard we’ve come to expect after seven years of visiting Puerto Vallarta. Building pool & staff were great, but we'd never stay in either condo again.

Location was great, quiet, easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, markets and pubs. Only a 3 block walk to the beach for our daily beach walks on the sand. Condo was equipped with all we needed for a group of 6. The pull out couch was one of most comfy. The 2 verandas allowed both privacy and gathering areas for our family. Our favourite time was at sunset, which was breath taking. Communication with Evan was only a text away, and if needed he dropped by to check on any concerns, which were very few. Evan's place is a MUST stay if you have the opportunity to book when in PV. The location is top notch minutes away from food, entertainment, and beach. The building pool and hot tub was recently remodeled and we hardly left as it had all the comforts we needed. We are looking forward to staying again and will be on the lookout for Evan and this unit!

Host was super responsive. Apt was clean and he let us check in before check in time because was avail. Helped with restaurants. No complaints at all. Thanks

Great location and great place. Only thing I was able To enjoy the pool.
