This place is a rip off. I wish I had never booked.

The description of the place was dead on. Located on the top floor. It was quiet and relaxing. Amazing views of the ocean. The place was decorated nicely. It is a studio, anymore than two people it would be cramped. The bed was very comfortable and the necessities for a 4 night stay were on hand.

Everything was just wonderful during our stay. The space has excellent views and is private from the other rooms in the building.

Lovely condo, quiet with great views. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Great beach.Pool and hot tub were available also. Lots of families with children, so the pool gets noisy so we stayed mostly at the beach.Condo had everything we needed, coffee, towels etc.You will have to drive to restaurants, but they are not too far.Parking was plentiful so no worries.A great place to stay!

Liked the place, views were beautiful. Only issue was with the insanely hard matress - very uncomfortable. Pillows were poor quality as was the bedding.

View was amazing and access to the beach and inlet were quick and easy. Room was a little smaller than expected and not much kitchen space for food and drink storage. A balcony or at least being able to open a window would have been a bonus. But overall we were pretty happy with our stay.

Great overall place for two

The view from 2 large walls of windows was amazing. We could watch dolphins in the gulf. The bed was good. Kitchen was small but adequate. It was an easy jaunt across a non-busy street to get right to the boardwalk and the ocean. We liked being able to leave our shoes on a rack provided and also enjoyed renting umbrella chairs. The pool and pickleball courts were lovely.

Host was very responsive, place was very clean & nicely furnished. Can't beat the views of both the lagoon and ocean just across the road.

The view was absolutely incredible. The room itself is just that. Bathroom is small. Tub is small. Room is small. Resort decided to close the hot tub on day 2. That was lame. I got food poisoning on day 2. So, that was lame. It was great, though! Lovely spot

Beautiful condo. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded if I had any questions.

Condo was as advertised. You could see sunrise and sunset from two different views in this top floor condo.

Both host and Amenities, penthouse was exactly as photos. The view morning and evening unbelievable, 10/10 highly recommend And will be bck thanks and thumbs up to the host.

The views from this condo were the highlight of this unit however slight oversight is the tiny kitchen space and dorm fridge. The sofa wasn’t comfortable but the owners were speedy in supplying new plush pillows to replace the hard flat ones for the bed! The bed was firmer than we like however slept fairly well in spite of. If you don’t cook and aren’t staying more than three days , this place is perfect! We were curious about the cleanliness of the towels as they smelled of mildew but I get that sometimes it’s hard to remove that odor when laundering. The walk to the beach was a breeze and has own private boardwalk . It was unseasonably cool while we were there so we didn’t use the pool however there were a couple in the hot tub on occasion. Our two days on the beach seemed private as it was off season and the shelling was great! We made the best of the small unit as we were not indoors most of the day but to cook in was not going to happen.

The view from this condo is unmatched...really spectacular.The complex staff are very pleasant. Easy access to the pool area. Loved the private beach across the road. The furniture was attractive but could have been more comfortable.

One of our first experiences in a Vrbo, this studio space has phenomenal views of the ocean and surroundings. Beautiful for daytime and sunset watching. It's a corner room and on the top floor, so it's quiet and away from everyone else in the building. The location is also great, with nice beach access, and a short drive to everything nearby. We came in October, the offseason, and couldn't believe how nice it was - not a crowd anywhere. This was a perfect stay and would highly recommend!

Love this place. Perfect for two. Short walk to the beach. Fast elevator. Nice pool. Views were awesome and non stop. I could see the beach umbrellas when standing in the shower. Really cool. Well maintained property with on site and very engaged management. We’ve been coming to the beach every year for 50 years and this turned out to be one of our most favorite places. We will return!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Excellent location, gorgeous views, perfect beach, and the host was lovely.

Perfectly private top floor unit! Amazing views of the ocean and the bay with wrap-around windows.

Wonderful view, Clean, convenient check in and out. The Bed(mattress) was very bad, and couldnt be remedied by a topper which was on it. Sofa could have been updated or fixed so one of the sides doesnt sink below a conformable level. The tub shower insert needs to be replaced, could be very dangerous for people having to step up and down more than a normal tub. The three things could be a easy fix but we ledt a day early because it was too uncomfortable for us.

Very enjoyable. The location was great. Its amenities were very suitable to our needs, and the access to the beach was very convenient. We would stay there again and again.

Wonderful view and the entire place was as advertised. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to return in a few months.

Good condition, all we expected.

Beautiful views, just the right size for us.

Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food items and lock up valuables.

Great view and very comfortable

Property owners and on site management communicated perfectly, so there were no issues with our stay. Very clean room with a nice pool onsite and easy beach access across the street. Quiet location with great views! My only negative comment is that it's a bit of a drive to most restaurants and nightlife. Overall though, it was an excellent place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as expected. The condo was beautifully decorated, classy, and well-maintained. The views were stunning—waking up to them every morning was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Everything was just as listed, very clean and quite, short walk across the street and your toes are in the water, we can’t wait to return again real soon.

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean to wake up to was amazing. The host were the best we ever had. Excellent communication and sweet as good be. Will definitely book with them again in our next trip.
