Super clean an a fabulous host!

Excellent beautiful stay in 5 star penthouse condo! Dolphins sighting in the morning from the large patio or swim 50-100ft from one. Well stock condo with large rooms , perfect bedding and mattresses. Sand toys and lounges and umbrellas. Everything in the condo is upscale and working. It’s hard not to compare to Ritz level luxury. Close to St Pete and Clearwater , live music , pubs and bars , grocery is near by , art , museums and lots of activities for kids. Marina is in making distance . Excellent stay , hosts is very responsive and provided excellent restorant choices ! Beautiful beach and lots of fun.

It exceeded our expectations! The panoramic view was spectacular especially when sitting out enjoying the 30 ft. veranda accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The condo was so well appointed throughout! .

I truly enjoyed my recent 2 week stay at this warm and inviting condo. The view from the balcony was amazing as I would have my breakfast out there every morning and a nice cold beer in the evening !!! The condo has everything you need for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas, beach towels , coolers and toys for little ones ). If you want to cook the kitchen has all the pots , pans and utensils that are needed. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. The host , Hera, was always available and very helpful with any questions that I had. I had a great, relaxing vacation and will be definitely returning to this location !!!

The condo was nothing short of exceptional. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. There was so much beach equipment available as well . The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The complex was well maintained and provided quick and easy access to the pool and beach . The views were breathtaking and were able to see and enjoy the sunsets from our balcony as well as see the dolphins swim by in the morning. I also appreciated being in very quick walking distance to so many amenities like grocery , shopping , pharmacy, ice cream shops and restaurants. Also the interaction with Hera was great as well and she responded to the questions I had within minutes. In summary , it was the best vacation home we ever rented and will be back next year .

Hera and Mike’s penthouse beach retreat did not disappoint! The condo is very well appointed - from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is very nicely decorated with an attention to detail throughout. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance; we rarely used our car while we were there. We felt completely comfortable and at home during our two week stay, and will certainly rent from Hera and Mike again the next time we decide to stay local for our summer vacation.

As usual, a wonderful vacation Mad Beach. Condo is great, had everything we needed Building and accommodations in great shape, and well maintained.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Sands at Hera and Mike's condo. It is an amazing location and the condo itself is perfect. The owners have thought about every detail to ensure a comfortable and fun stay! We can't wait to come back to Mad Beach!

Great place, very well furnished with higher end appliances and furnishings. Everything was provided for easy beach or pool days. Owner very responsive to questions. A great family stay for the Holidays!
